Lost without you

Chapter 9

A/N this chapter is going to be set a couple of weeks after the last chapter. Just so people know the timescale and it all makes sense. Once again I'm so sorry for the long wait for this. I hope you enjoy and it was worth the wait.

Jodys POV
I can't believe that Tyler is back here with me In the DG it felt like a dream but it wasn't a dream it was real life. The only thing that we both hated was that May-li and Scott still wouldn't allow us to be in the same room alone. Which I thought was a bit of a stupid rule at the end of the day we are both 16! We had to respect this rule though if we wanted to stay together. Tyler mentioned a few days ago that he wants us to both to get a flat so we can get out of the dumping ground and we could be together without having to be in different rooms. Which I thought was a great idea but now the more I think about it the more scared I am. I can't go to May-li though  she was not impressed with us when she found out our plans.
Flashback
We where both in garden Tyler had text me saying he wanted to talk to me we both had to be careful incase anyone saw us. I went over to Tyler " You better make this quick Ty incase May-li or Scott sees us" he looked fair happy I wonder why? He then said something I never thought he would say . " I have an idea jodes why don't we get our own wee flat?" I just looked at him In shock I couldn't believe what we had just said. " Tyler that sounds amazing but how are we going to afford it? We haven't got jobs or anything" he looked down at the ground I didn't want to make him upset or unhappy but it was the truth. " I have it all worked out jodes I am going to go ask if I can maybe get my old job back at the radio station it might take a little while to save up but I want to make this work". I couldn't believe how much thought and effort  he had put into this I couldn't stop smiling I love him so much. I just gave him a big massive hug " I will try find a job too Ty the more the money we can get the better hey?"  He smiled at me  we then heard footsteps " oh no someone is there" I had to make a run for it before we got caught. It was too late May-li had already saw us         " why are you two together you know the rules If you want to stay together you have to respect these." She said to us she looked so disappointed in me I hate making May-li disappointed she was the closest thing to mother I had. " I'm so sorry May-li we where just discussing about the possibility of getting a flat together" I said hoping she would understand. She looked unsure and I couldn't believe what she said " how are you guys going to be able to afford your own flat? Neither of you have jobs and  flats don't come cheap and  both of you are only 16" she looked us both. " Look why don't you both come to my office and we can discuss this  through properly". Tyler cut her short " May-li we are both going to get jobs I'm going to go see if I can get my old job back at the radio station and Jody is going to try find a job too. We have it all planned out  we want to make it work. She just looked at Tyler  " you both know I just want support you the best I can and give you both support and advice" then Tyler said something I thought he would never say. " Well we don't need your advice May-li we are both 16 we are old enough to make our own choices" . He stormed off I just stood there  looked at him I was so shocked at what we had just said.  May- li just walked off  after Tyler I knew she was disappointed.

May-li has hardly spoken to me since that day I know she is disappointed in me I wanted to go to her for advice but I was scared  I know she just wants what's best for me.  Today was Tyler's first day back at the radio station I was excited for him. He loved working at the radio station it was his passion. I haven't had much luck finding a job I then see Tyler pop his head through my bedroom door. " I'm just about to leave I just wanted to say bye" he looked Fair happy " bye Ty and good luck for today though I don't think you will need it" we both stood there and just smiled at each other. " I love you Jody Jackson" I smiled " I love you too Tyler Lewis have a good day".

Tyler's POV
I left Jody in her room I was excited to be getting back to the radio station I loved working there. I heard Piper had left though which I was glad about after the Prom we never really spoke. I went into the office to say to May-li and Scott I was away to start work they both said good luck to me although May-li was barely speaking to me or Jody.  I think she's disappointed in us both although I can't understand why? Everyone then came out to say good luck on my first day. I then left to get the bus I then heard someone behind me it was Jody " TYLER, TYLER" I could hear her shouting I turn around " what's up" I asked her " I thought I might get the bus with you I need to go to town anyways hand out come CV's" . I just looked at her " what about May-li and Scott I don't think they will be too happy about you sneaking off to get the bus with me." She  looked at me " they think I'm walking and anyways don't worry about it we are allowed to be together outside." I just smiled and took her hand and we walked to the bus together. About 20mins later it was my stop " I will see you when I get back later yeah?" I then kissed her " yeah see you later good luck" she smiled at me as I got off the bus. I walked into the radio station I could not believe who was stood in front of me " piper" she turned around " oh hey Tyler it's great to see you again."

So I've brought back piper I hope you all enjoyed this chapter I will try get this updated as soon as I can but I'm also working on a edit for my insta fanpage. Please let me know what you thought.
