Chapter 41

 It's a Trap

PS: I know that Jutsu and Quirks shouldn't be able to interact with one another on a deep level, but let's just say they can in this Fanfic.

Tobirama was cursing to himself for not trusting his gut feeling, it had been telling him for almost two weeks that something felt off, and now he knows what it was. The last few places that they've hit went down too easy, and there is nothing wrong with a mission going well, but when it goes too well then there might be something wrong.

He looked towards Toga and saw her fighting some villains with Taijutsu, so he quickly ran towards her taking out everyone on his way to her. He then grabbed onto her and tried using 'Flying Raijin Jutsu' to teleport them out, but to his shock nothing happened and then he heard a laughter, he gritted his teeth before turning towards the laughter with a furious glare.

It was Charon who was laughing, he looked towards Tobirama before gesturing to a person behind his throne to come out from the shadows, Charon then gained a smirk and with an amused tone said.

"We don't know how you got so many quirks, but we did find out that you *pointing at Tobirama* can teleport, and this good fellow here *pointed at the person that came out of hiding* has a quirk that lets him disrupt any kind space-time or spatial related quirks in an area."

Tobirama angrily yelled out "Then how did you guys teleport things into the room when I can't teleport out of it?" Charon just laughs at Tobirama before saying "He can either stop people in an area from using those quirks, or block people from using those quirks to get things/people into the area. So we're just using it to block things from getting out, and have another guy warp in our new friends for you." smiling at the end just to p*ss off Tobirama.

Toga and Tobirama were fighting off wave after wave with criminals, and the more people they beat up the more agitated Charon became, that was until he snapped his fingers before saying "Phase two."

After saying that, both of them noticed that they'd stopped warping in more people for them to beat up. Suddenly a few roof panels opened up and shot out a few hundred tiny needles, they tried avoiding all of them but the villain boss just made more roof panels open up and shot more towards them.

When he saw that some had hit both Tobirama and Toga he started to laugh in victory, with a sweet tone he said "I'm sorry to cut this short with poison, but I can't let you beat up the rest of my companions."

That was when Toga pulled out the needles that had hit her before healing herself with medical ninjutsu. A few seconds had passed and none of them fell to the floor, which made Charon gain a shocked facial expression before making him yell in confusion "How can you still be standing, each of those needles had enough poison to make 5 elephants pass out."

Toga didn't want to reveal that Tobirama was immortal, so she said her reason as if it was both of their reasons. With a smirk she said "My sensei had done a lot of experimentation throughout his life, so he made both of us immune to various poisons"

Her answer just made him go from shocked and confused to pissed, since now they had no other way to incapacitate them than overpowering them with quirks and close combat. He then gestured to his companions to keep warping in more people and faster.

Wave after wave the opponents started to get stronger, and this is when Tobirama understood that this guy was sending his weakest first to test them. So that they could figure out their capabilities and abilities before sending out his stronger people, and if they keep dragging out their fight then they'll find counters to use against both of them.
