Toga, wanting to know more about Izuku's past and where he grew up, had been nagging him to bring her to his childhood city. At first he refused her, not wanting to have an encounter with them, but his feelings for her made it easy to persuade him otherwise.
She had convinced that he wouldn't meet them, and with that Izuku told her that he would take her on a date to one of his favorite places at the mall near where he grew up.
Izuku was waiting in the living room, while toga changed into some nice clothes. Orochimaru approached Izuku and warned him "Hey, Izuku. I would recommend to change into another Transformation, since I think that your 'Mitsuki' identity might be wanted after the incident with All Might"
Izuku started scrolling through his phone, before landing on a photo of a guy he wanted to transform into.

Toga came down after he had transformed into his new form. When Toga saw him in his new form she jumped and hugged him while saying "Izuuuuu you're so cute" while kissing him.
After teleporting to his hometown. First they went to a café to eat some pastries, before going into the mall for some shopping. When they entered the mall, Toga looked at Izuku and said "Izuuuu can we go on a shopping spree? Pretty pretty please?"
While pleading, Toga looked at Izuku with her puppy-eyes, making it impossible for him to resist her. Izuku sighed in defeat before saying "How can I say no to you? When you give me that look."
With that they went from store to store. Every time they left the store, Izuku used Kamui to store their bags into his dimension, so that they could shop around easier. After leaving the last store, Izuku took a hold of Toga and dragged her to a sushi shop.
Toga was confused by his actions, but then Izuku stated "I wanted to take you on a date, since we were working on your birthday last week. So why don't we eat at this sushi place" he said with a smile that would melt any girl's heart.

While eating they talked about different things, one of the topics that they ended up with was U.A. high school. Izuku looked at Toga and asked her "Toga, you know that I want to be a hero right?"
Toga responded by nodding not knowing where he was going with this. Izuku then looked out the window into the distance, like he was recalling a memory before saying "One of my biggest dreams when I was younger, was to study under U.A. to become the greatest hero in the world like All Might"
