PS: I know that the reanimation jutsu, reanimates it's targets at the age that they died. But just for this fanfic, let's say that Orochimaru had done enough experiments over the long lifespan he'd had, and learned through Kabuto's method with Madara, and through that he learned of a way to reanimate people based on when the DNA was taken.

For example: let's say you donate blood in your twenties, and you die in your forties and then get reanimated with the donated blood. Then your reanimated body would be in its twenties the day the DNA left your body.

Orochimaru stayed awake after everyone had gone to sleep, he was deep in thought of who could best teach Izuku about his Rinnegan abilities. He was sitting in front of his computer, reading the renewed information that he'd gathered on the Rinnegan users.

Izuku Uchiha a.k.a Red Eyed Devil

Status: Alive

Skill with Rinnegan: Minuscule

Reanimation: Impossible

Unique Rinnegan ability: Unknown

Due to the near death experience, and the merging of his Uchiha chakra with the Senju chakra form the Hashirama cells. He was able to meet Hagoromo, who granted him a Rinnegan in his left eye, making him and Sasuke receive it the same way.

Sasuke Uchiha a.k.a Shadow Hokage

Status: Deceased

Skill with Rinnegan: Above Average

Reanimation: Active

Unique Rinnegan ability: Attained

Sasuke gained his eyes the same way Izuku did. He quickly learned how to use his special ability when he was fighting Madara after obtaining the Rinnegan.

Learning that the Ōtsutsuki clan would keep returning to Earth, until they'd absorbed their chakra. This caused Sasuke to donate some new blood, so that in the event he was needed for some reason, then he could be reanimated with his Rinnegan while still being in his prime.

Madara Uchiha a.k.a Ghost of the Uchiha

Status: Deceased

Skill with Rinnegan: Mastered

Reanimation: Active

Unique Rinnegan ability: Attained

Kabuto had stocked some DNA from Madara in case he'd need to reanimate him again against a new opponent. After the war Kabuto had given Orochimaru the remaining DNA to Orochimaru, knowing that Orochimaru would need it more than himself.

Not knowing the true intention of Black Zetsu or that the information on the tablet was false, Madara got tricked to recreate the Rinnegan by Black Zetsu through The Uchiha stone tablet. The Hashirama cells had only taken an effect at the end of Madara's natural lifespan, causing his Rinnegan to awaken.

Obito Uchiha a.k.a Tobi

Status: Deceased

Skill with Rinnegan: Average

Reanimation: Impossible

Unique Rinnegan ability: None

Obito obtained the Rinnegan by retrieving it from Nagato's remains. Not being the original owner of the eyes and being unable to implant both of them, limited his capability of performing all of the Six Paths Techniques.
