Chapter Six

We make it outside the territory of the Zoldyck mansion and that's when Killua puts me down for a breather.

-"Where are we going to go now?"
"Let's get plane tickets closest to Whale Island. We escaped sooner than I thought but I don't think my friend would mind me taking you with me."
-"Are you sure, I really don't want to intrude."
"Yes it's no big deal, i'm sure Gon would really like you anyways."
-"Gon? So that's his name huh."
"Yeah, and plus you need to be protected. Illumi's probably just going to go after you if you go back home."
-"No, you're right. Well okay, where's the closest airport?"
"About five miles away after we get down from the mountain. It won't take long though, I'll run again."

When he says that he picks me up again but in a looser manner this time. We make it down to the mountain in seconds. The only thing I can do is stare, 'he's godswork.' He then puts me down and explains how he can't use his nen in front of people, and that it'll drag too much attention to us.
-"Nen right! That's what I thought it was."
"Yeah, I started learning it when I was 12 and It's been more than helpful."

As those words leave his mouth I start to feel guilty. 'I wish I could be helpful to him.' As we approach the visible airport I can tell he's looking at me. 'To break the silence?' He continues for a few more seconds then looks away. 'I wonder why he did that.' We then enter the airport and walk up to the stand where they are selling blimp tickets to the nearest city in Whale Island. I wanted to at least help with something so I take out my Hunters License and gave it to the lady standing behind the desk. Killua looks at me in the most baffled state.
"You have a Hunters License?!?"
-"Oh yeah, my dad had me train for the exam and take it so I could get around easier."
"Wow, okay so we're dealing with a pro hunter then." He says with a quiet smile.

The lady hands me my license back and we're ready to board the flight. All passengers get in a single file line and Killua has me go in front of him. 'Even though he knows i'm strong he still wants to protect me?' We find our seats, I'm a window seat and he's an aisle seat making an empty seat between us. Killua asks the person sitting between us if he could move to the aisle. After the blimp took off Killua quickly fell asleep, I can't help but stare. Small turbulence makes his head rest on my shoulder, soon after I'm asleep as well.

Waking up from the pilot speaking through the speakers I look to the window and can see the city. I turn to Killua and he's still asleep on me, I gently shake him awake and point to the window. He jerks himself off me caught off guard that he was in my shoulder. We leave the blimp and airport. Killua grabs my hand and puts me in a different direction.
"We have to get to the island by boat so let's head to the dock."
He lets go of my hand when we both turn to head the same path. I quickly moved to grasp for his hand again but it wasn't there. I look up but he was just fixing his shirt, he moved his hand back and clutched mine. We make it to the harbor and get on a big wooden fishing ship. The voyage goes by fairly fast and before I know it I can spot us impending closer to a small island. Killua looks over to me.
"This island is mostly for fishermen so don't get your hopes up or anything."
-"No, no I love quiet places. And as long as I'm with you I'll be more than fine."
"Doesn't saying stuff like that embarrass you?"
-"Matters if the timing's right."

As I finish my sentence we head off the boat to Whale Island.
