3rd person's POV
"Are you okay, Uraraka? Why are you standing here?"
Uraraka turns around in fright, holding her chest as she takes deep breathed, calming himself down as Mina stands confused.
Uraraka was away from the common room, where they had set up a sleepover, just peeking in with hesitant eyes.
It had been a couple weeks since Izuku left, and even though the class had formed a small and vague bond with him, they weren't close enough to call and hang out with.
Very few people actively texted him, excluding Katsuki.
Katsuki had been better. He felt more ease, he felt guilty to think like this, but he genuinely felt like he had more room to breathe without Izuku constantly sniffing him.
No matter how the ended the fight, Katsuki still felt like their insecurities wasn't properly talked about. They clearly had some misunderstanding but didn't know how to resolve it.
Thinking about all the times they had a fight, Katsuki figured a pattern. They never talked about it. They simply let it go and come back around As if nothing had happened.
They never communicated about their feelings, just assumed the other knew it somehow with their telepathy skills.
Something had been bothering Izuku for so long now, he couldn't even bare seeing his partner with another person. Katsuki felt so bad to have never realised this.
All the times they were on a call and Izuku pried a little too much into Katsuki's life, he just thought Izuku was being curious.
He never expected to have been accused of cheating. By Izuku of all people.
Izuku wasn't in the best place. After having forced to leave his boyfriend and move, he felt that every little thing was annoying.
He couldn't even bare seeing his father without remembering Katsuki. His insecurities were valid, definitely valid, but the way he expressed them hurt Katsuki.
"Nothing Mina! I was just seeing how the preparations were going!" Uraraka nervously giggles, being forced to walk inside with her.
"Something's clearly wrong Uraraka. You seem disturbed." Mina questions softly, her eyebrows frowning as she reaches out to Uraraka to hold her cheeks gently.
Kaminari whistles seeing Mina and Uraraka on the floor, looking like they were about to kiss.
"Didn't know we had another couple in our class." Someone comments as they all walk in, placing their own pillows.
Mina blushes, turning away. Uraraka jumps in surprise and apologises before running away to her room.
"You ruined it, dumbass." Katsuki scolds Kaminari, hitting his head a little harshly as Kaminari pouts, apologising to Mina.
"It's okay. I don't even think she's interested in girls." Mina sadly comments, sighing as she falls back on their mattresses.
As their sleepover starts, people start getting more worried. Uraraka never came back down. Everyone else except her was there.
Mina at first volunteered to call her, but then immediately backed away when she remembered her earlier embarassment.
"I'll go call her." Katsuki says, walking away without giving a room to argue.
"Hey it's me, Bakugo. Are you coming downstairs?" Katsuki asks as soon as he knocks.
"Oh, Bakugo. I'm feeling a little under the weather, I don't think I'll be able to join you guys." Uraraka gives a poor explanation.
"Don't lie, idiot." Katsuki immediately snaps, knocking once again, but a little softer.
"I'm not!" Uraraka gasps offended.
"It's really obvious. Look, I came all the way here cause everyone else downstairs are worried, okay? I'm not here to play guess who's lying. You better come out now and give an explanation."
Uraraka sighs before hesitantly opening the door. If anything she knows about Katsuki, it's that he never backs down. He never accepts defeat and Uraraka always appreciated it.
"I'm sorry to worry you guys but... I just don't feel like coming." Uraraka explains with her open door staring at the floor and not catching Katsuki's eye.
"Why? Is it because that idiot told you she's interested in you?" Katsuki asks, not specifying any names because he was sure she knew who he was talking about.
"What? No! I'm flattered she probably likes me. But... That's not the thing Bakugo. I feel like something's wrong and I just- need time to fix it, you know." Uraraka vaguely explains, her eyes still cast down.
She sharply sighs when Katsuki doesn't budge, still waiting for a definite answer. "I'm just worried Midoriya would hate me."
"Where the hell did that come from?" Katsuki yells, he never expected Izuku to do anything with whatever was happening.
"I liked you Bakugo. I'm so sure Midoriya knew about it because, he was never happy seeing me. He never talked to me like others and it felt so different, you know.
He probably thinks I'm disgusting. I don't want to ruin your relationship with him by being with you." She says, remembering all the times Izuku acted harsh towards her.
"You're making no sense right now. We had nothing with each other, my relationship with Izuku has nothing to do with you. We're just fine. I'm sure he didn't mean to make you feel like that." Katsuki sharply ends, kind of forcing her to come down.
He never knew Izuku and his miscommunication cause effects on others. Now that he's wondering, does others think something's wrong too? Was he worrying his classmates?
He didn't expect Uraraka to have noticed the change in Izuku. It was pretty obvious for sure, but Katsuki made sure nobody felt unwelcomed because he was in a relationship.
When Uraraka comes down, nobody questions her. She's grateful about it, she didn't feel like talking about it and Mina's somewhat confession was still lingering in her thoughts.
Soon after all games and movies, the entire class falls into a deep silence, most of them already asleep.
Uraraka and Mina thankfully hadn't felt anything uncomfortable within them, they were just normal.
But Katsuki's mind was running miles. He didn't know what to do.
All he could do was touch his tattoo and hope Izuku could feel his love for him.
