3rd person's POV

The party turned out as a huge success, with Katsuki's face on the magazine cover the next day, a lot more business partners wanted to collaborate with them.

Katsuki couldn't have been happier. Izuku had permanently moved back to Japan and was now living with his mother in a new house, couple streets down Katsuki's place.

Soon after the news of him moving back reached, his ex-classmates visited at times, just for a drink for old times sake.

After all, Izuku was just in time for their annual get-together meet-up. The U.A students had regular meeting to stay in touch, especially after they realised that texting would do no good to their beautiful relationship.

Izuku had been working on himself the past few years, he couldn't believe how he used to react back then, especially towards Uraraka.

It had become and embarassing material to tease Izuku with. Katsuki had mocked Izuku so many times and it had actually become just a simple joke.

Izuku was being able to work on his insecurities, he tried eating better, hitting the gym often. And most of all, he tried to understand Katsuki better.

Not knowing Katsuki was his first ever insecurity. He thought his friends knew him so much better, from the most simplest things like what he likes to eat, where he likes to go.

Things drastically changed from when Izuku left Japan. He couldn't believe Katsuki hated sweet stuff, back in middle school he had such a sweet-tooth he had to go for dentist checkups twice the amount of times Izuku did.

These days, Izuku took more time listening to Katsuki talk about his day. Back then, Izuku spoke the most, he loved talking and Katsuki loved listening.

But now he understands that comunication is supposed to be on both ways. It isn't a one side thing.

At the party, Izuku chose to wear Katsuki's first ever design. His most favorite outfit of all times.

When they were in middle school, Katsuki had designed a royal aesthetic outfit for their school play. Unfortunately, they weren't being able to use it for the play as the material was too costly, so instead, Katsuki decided to gift it to Izuku.

The design was pretty basic, a dark coat with two rows of buttons, adorned with golden carvings.

One end of the cost reached up till the other side of his chest, all the way until the shoulder. The most classy part was that the coat was a turtleneck. One of Izuku's most favorite styles.

Katsuki wore something a little similar, could also be a modified version of what Izuku was wearing. They both just ended up laughing at each other when they realised they wore matching outfits without even discussing about it.

It turned out to be a little awkward when most of their class boys chose to come casual, Kirishima even ended up wearing crocs! Thankfully, Iida was wearing something formal.

All girls looked absolutely gorgeous, most of them were styled by Mina, who had started working for the Bakugo Co about few months ago.

More than designing, she was more into styling, nevertheless, she secured a job at Katsuki's place.

"Kacchan... I miss this, honestly." Izuku whispers, looking at all his friends who had been enjoying themselves, some of them, a little too much. Kaminari was already wasted and he only had champagne.

Katsuki hums softly, pulling Izuku into his arms and swaying him to the beat. The dance was clashy and awkward, Izuku had no sense of his footing, but Katsuki assured him that he was enjoying the dance.

"I guess all that matters now is that, you're with me." Katsuki finishes with a shy smile, spinning Izuku who giggles.

"That's true, all that matters is I'm with you again." Izuku giggles, swaying with Katsuki, even when he accidentally steps on Katsuki's foot and apologises for it.

"Don't be sad, it's okay to lose your footing, it's not like I have a broken foot." Katsuki awkwardly tries to cheer him up when Izuku walks away, seeming it was enough dancing when he hurt his lover for what seemed to be the umpteenth time.

"Don't jinx it!" Izuku gasps, dramatically resting his elbow on the table and dropping his head on it.

Katsuki couldn't help but think how adorable he was. He could be insecure and a little dominating, but all in all he's cute and Katsuki now knows they can solve anything with communication.

"It's okay Izuku, how about a drink? Just a small one so we can still get back to work tomorrow?" Katsuki convinces Izuku. Izuku never drinks on a work night, thinks it's unethical and all.

But it wouldn't matter to have a little, right? They're having fun!

As soon as Katsuki calls in for a waiter, he walks in with a tray in his hand, holding some champagne.

"Get us something else please, he hates champagne." Izuku immediately says, before Katsuki could even react.

"How did you know that?" Katsuki finds himself asking, completely astonished.

"Well, you told me how you hated drinking it when you attended that inaugration party with your parents 2 years ago." Izuku says in a matter-of-fact.

Katsuki couldn't believe his ears. Izuku actually knew this? It's not like Izuku didn't know anything about him, he's just... A little outdated.

Besides, when Katsuki last saw Izuku, he wasn't even legal! He started drinking after Izuku went back to America.

"You like wine better, don't you? Because it was your favorite colour? It's aesthetic, I must accept, but why would that become your choice of drink?" Izuku laughs, clinking the glasses at their table with each other.

Katsuki's smile grows wider as Izuku continues, his heart swelling at the thought of someone trying to know his preferences to start with.

His heart and cheeks warm seeing Izuku smile, pointing at something afar, but all that Katsuki could focus on, was how happy Izuku looked.
