"Hi Miss. Harris, how are you ?" Dr.Bland asked her smiling
"I'm fine, how are you ?"
"'I'm good, do you want to wait for dad or do you want me to go on with it ?" she asked putting on her gloves.
"He should be coming-"
"Hey, how are you ?" Dr.Bland asked lucas
"I'm great, did we start yet ?" he asked looking at her
Leah shook her head and the doctor proceeded to start the ultrasound.
"How long have you guys been together ?" the doctor asked
Leah sided eyed Lucas "about one or two years" He said grabbing her hand
"Aww cute" She said putting the cold gel on her stomach "how's Jamarcus and Kenzie ?" She asked looking around for the baby
"Great! Jamarcus is seven now and Kennie is turning two soon" she said smiling and looking at the screen.
"Oh my goodness I remember when you were in labor with her"she said grinning
"Yeah my big mama" she chuckled
"Oh look here's your baby" she said pointing to the screen "you seem to be about 4 weeks which means you're in your first trimester which also means you will be due sometime in November" She said smiling "have you been experiencing any symptoms ?" she asked searching around her stomach
Leah smiled and looked at Lucas who was also smiling "Yes my goodness Sunday I was spilling my guts out I'm nauseous all the time. I feel like I may be starting my period soon like I'm really crampy " Leah said rubbing lucas hand
"Yeah that's early stages pregnancy, and everything looks good. I can prescribe you something for the nausea so there's nothing to worry about" she said wiping the gel off her stomach "I'll be right ba-." Dr. Bland said still fidgeting with the screen"Do you want pictures ?" she asked before leaving
"Yes." Lucas said
"Okay i'll be right back" Dr. Bland said walking out the room
"If it's a boy can we name him Levi ?" He asked standing up stretching
"I like that" She said biting her lip
"Levi Wright" he said smiling and leaning to kiss her
She chuckled and smiled and gave him a little peck
"How bout Leah, Jamarcus and Mackenzie Wright ?" He asked still leaning down locking eyes with her.
"You wanna adopt my babies ?" she asked smiling
"And marry you" he said smiling and licking his lips
All Leah could do was look at his lips and blush "move" she said pushing him
"No, I'm dead ass those are my kids and you're my wife I already claimed it" he said still leaning down
She grabbed his face and gave him a big kiss "wait are you proposing to me ?" she asked smiling
"I'm not proposing to you in a doctor's office baby" he said laughing
"So when ?" she asked frowning
"I'm not telling you baby" He said standing up and walking to the sink in the office.
Doctor Bland walked in the room and smiled at the soon to be parents. "So here are your pictures and I sent your prescription to your local cvs , If you guys have any problems please do not be afraid to call me"
"Okay" leah said getting off the bed "thank you so much" lucas said smiling
They walked out the room and left the office.
"You okay ?"leah asked him holding his hand
"Baby I'm perfect" he said smiling and kissing her hand.
Leah walked to the drivers side
"You don't want me to drive ?" lucas asked standing in front of the car.
"I can drive, I'm not handicapped boo" she said getting in "can we please get pizza and wings ?" she asked starting the car
"Yes but we need to get your prescription first" he said putting his seatbelt on.
"Oh shit baby get my phone and call my dad" she said reversing the car
"Hello" he answered and his voice filled the car
"Hey dad" she said smiling turning down the radio
"Hey princess are you on your way ?" he asked laughing
"Yes, why are you laughing ?"
"Mackenzie and Jamarcus in here acting a hot mess"
"Are they being bad daddy ?" she asked with a confused look on her face.
"Oh no no no no they're being funny" he said laughing
"Oooh okay well, I'm on my way dad do you want to go out to eat with us before you leave later?"
"Yes and shopping I owe my grandbabies some gifts"
"And daughter" she mumbled "ok daddy i'm on my way" she said smiling
She hung up and drove to the hotel her dad was staying at. Leah was excited thinking about the fact lucas is planning on proposing to her she was relieved but also scared. Another marriage ? The first one was terrible, she can't get married as of right now because neither her or Michael signed the divorce papers. So technically she's still married and of course lucas doesn't know. She plans on telling him now since he's planning on proposing.
Lucas looked at her and grabbed her thigh "what's on your mind ? he asked turning down
"Nothing , whats on your mind ?" she asked pausing the music cause her song was playing .
"Are you going to tell your dad ?" he asked
"Are you going to tell your mom and dad ?" leah asked smiling
"Yeah when we see them tomorrow" he said smiling
Leah looked at him and frowned "seriously ?" she asked resting her arm on the door
"Why so sad ?" he asked squeezing her thigh.
"I'm not, we can go but Ken and-"
"They have to come those are my kids and they have to meet their grandparents" he said looking at her.
"Okay baby" she said smiling and laughing.
Leah doesn't really have a relationship with her mother anymore so she finds it pointless to tell her she's pregnant especially since she's team Michael. She use to blame Leah for Michael abusing her and causing problems at home she avoids her at all times.
