A lot of people take love for granted. wether it comes from family or friends.
There's always going to be people who come into your life just to leave, but you'll find the people worth listening to.
"At the touch of love everyone becomes a poet" Janay's mother said as she sat janay down. "i'm not mad, baby. i'm so happy. you have your own family now and your almost done school. now your getting married? i'm so beyond proud of you and i'm sorry for always being doubtful"
"and you" Looking over at pop, she grabbed his hands. "I'm sorry for always giving you a hard time. your right for my daughter and i should've given you a chance. Thank you for taking care of her and my grandchildren, Bashar. your not what you seem and i guess that's why they always say never to judge a book by it's cover"
Hearing her mother talk like this, made janay and pop more then happy. janay was ecstatic to know her mother approved of her marriage. even though it wasn't her decision, she wanted her mother there when she walked down the isle.
"uht uh. don't cry" she wiped janay's cheeks off and she nodded. "i love you so much. and i'm so proud of you, okay?"
"i love you too mama" janay wiped her tears and pulled her into a hug. "Thank you for coming. it means a lot that you approve"
feeling a kick go against her stomach, janay sighed and ran her hand over it trying to calm the baby down but they just wouldn't.
