A/N for all those who have symptoms while doing the ravens method but can't seem to shift. Don't worry this method actually works, and if it doesn't for you than it may not be the method for you, which is okay! I hope all of you beautiful people are doing well. Did you eat and drink some water today? If not go do it! Remember, I care about you



Steps:

1) Close your eyes and lay in a starfish position (really try not to move, if you do don't mind it)

2) take a few moments to visualize were your shifting to. Imagine the people, some stuff you will do with certain characters, something you want to happen, the scenery (you dont need to spend forever on this, do it for as long-or short-as you want until you feel ready)

3) Once you feel ready, start counting backwards from 100, or from 0 to 100 reapeting an affirmation every 3, 5, or 10 numbers

4) Once you feel ready,  go to sleep

Things to remember

~If you feel your mind drifting while counting or visualizing thats really good, actually. This means the left side of your brain is "shutting down", which is what you need to do to shift. If you realize gear your mind back on track, and dont worry if your not sure what you were visaulizing or what number or affirmation you were up to. Dont restart!

~If you move while in the starfish position, thats totally fine! Just countinue as if you didnt

~If you feel your body give random "jolts", like your leg will shake, dont mind it. Thats totally normal
