STEPS:
one-
Close your eyes and lay down (no way I never knew you had to do this/j)
two-
visualize some stairs. What do they look like, how many are there? Start walking up the stairs. As you go up, affirm you are in your dr and successfully shifting
three-
you should start to feel tingles (dont worry thats normal and means the methods working so far). Imagine your energy rising. How you imagine it is up to you
four-
at the top of the stairs should be a doorway with light, walk thru it. People say you should say thank you as you walk through it, but doing it is up to you
five-
now shut those beautiful eyes of yours and sleep time. You should wake up in your dr
im personally not a fan of this method, but it may work for you
