A/n i saw this video around tiktok, and decided to give it a go. I got thru around 30 minutes of it until i had to get up because my sister needed me(so i didn't have time to successfully shift over), but through out that time that i was up after listening to the video, i could have sworn i heard 2 people from my dr talking. Like i heard there voices randomly through out what i was doing. I also got random wiffs of orange citrus, and that's the smell of the room im going to wake up in. I used this video later at night, and i shifted into my designated dr. Anyway enough if me rambling, i think this is a successfully method that will help u shift, and if not, help with symptoms (which means ur closer to shifting)
