A/N This involves lots of visualizing, but it does work. It took me a few days tho
Step 1- lay down in any position (don't move once you've picked a position)
Step 2- play subliminals or white noise
Step 3- visualize yourself watching tv, with your CR playing (take. your. time. Visualize your favorite moments, worse moments, funny moments, or recall todays events. You can watch this from 1st person or 3rd person)
Step 4-Now, visualize yourself taking the remote and changing the channel to your desired reality. (cant stress this enough, take. ur. time. Now, imagine some scenes you want to happen, both good and bad.
Step 5-Next, visualize yourself walking through the screen into ur DR
Step 6- Repeat Affirmations such as "I have shifted" or "I will wake up in my DR" (repeat as many times as you want, until you feel satisfied. You could also repeat them until u fall asleep.)
Step 7- Go to sleep. You should now wake up in ur DR
*REMEMBER*
!Take your time!
!Feel positive!
!Visualize everything in detail. In your dream, from 3rd person, notice your surroundings and noises (u obviously cant smell so don't worry!) Also, quickly understand the room your in as you watch "the tv"!
