A/N this one is pretty good
Steps:
1) meditate for as long as you want (necessary step)
2) Put on your playlist (white noise, subluminals, slowed songs, relaxing songs)
3) Lay in a starfish position
4) visaulize ur CR on top of your DR (Like were ur sleep, surroundings, etc.)
5) imagine yourself and everything around you melt into your DR, taking the shape of it and its atmosphere
6) Tell yourself you have shifted ("I have shifted", "I will wake up in my DR", etc.)
7) fall alseep and you should wake up there

You dont need to lay in a starfish position, it doesn't matter how u lay it'll still be effective !!!
