PART NINE

Today's the day. I was so nervous. Was I going to look good? Would I embarrass myself? I'm pretty sure they wouldn't allow us to drink since were only 14 years old or older.

But if I did would I accidentally let my secret out I've been trying to hide? To many questions with no answers. I got up and took a shower.

We didn't have school today because teachers were preparing for dance. It was 4:30 PM. The dance started at 8:45. Meaning I have about 4 hours and 15 to get ready. Hermonie was helping me get ready and then we helped Ginny and Luna.

After we helped her. Luna was wearing a short blue dress and she looked like Alice from Alice and the wonderland. Hermonie was wearing a tight pink dress and Ginny was just wearing a purple gown.

The girls helped me curl my hair, I didn't like it because I thought I looked bad but they all were in awe of me.

After you put on the red dress and made sure you didn't smear the make up the girls help put on. After we were done we couldn't do anything because we didn't want the boys to see what we looked like.

I used an owl to send a message to Matheo.

"Hey, you better be ready. I'm looking amazing. You could never. Anyways your coming to my dorm to pick me up. It's starts at 8:45 so hurry up!" After I sent it i checked the time. 7:30 already?!

Wow, we have and hour and 30 minutes left.

Matheos POV

I just received a letter from Y/N. The twins were laughing at me saying she was my new girlfriend. I laughed and then punched them in the shoulder.

I'm surprised their friends with me, but grateful. I put my tux on and tied my tie. "I'm also surprised I could do that I as well" I laughed to myself.

I realized I was a little late. I was suppose to to pick up Y/N a few minutes ago so we could take pictures with her friends and then go.

Y/Ns POV

"Well where is he?" Ron asked. You sighed "Hes obviously late Ron." "Hes always a little late" Luna replied sweetly.

That's it, I thought. Hes not going to be late this time. "I'll go get him." I picked up my dress and walked off.

I came to the Slytherin door and Pansy was there. I told her I was here for Matheo and she let me in. When I walked in Draco and his friends whistled while I passed by and Blaise complimented me.

I said my thank you's and glared at Draco and the others. I went to Matheo's room and slammed the door open. "You were supposed to be here 30 minutes ago-" I paused.

He looked,different. Like, in a funny way. He turned to face me. He looked me up and down and said "Wow, you look good."

He leaned back and said "Dangggg" I just laughed and looked down at my own clothes.

"It's nothing really." I looked up back at him "But you," I laughed. He stood up straight and started messing with his tie. "I know, I was rushing. I still need to brush my hair and-"

I laughed and walked over to him. I started fixing his tie and fiddled with his hair. "Don't brush your hair." I said. "It will get rid of the curls." He laughed and walked out of the room.

With the others

When we got there we all took pictures together and then then we went to the dance. Surprisingly there were already a lot of people.

Lavender was wearing a purple dress that was really tight on her. Matheo couldn't stop staring at her.

"Stop drooling." I said to Matheo. He turned and face me. "It's gross." I said rolling my eyes. He just laughed.

Cedric came up to her and tried to hold her hand. She just gestured him to get her some more punch. The twins were gathering everyone around to play truth or dare or seven minute in heaven.

"Soooo Y/N~" the boys said suspiciously. "Truth or dare." Being the little dare devil I am I said dare. "We dare you to kiss Matheo, on the lips~" they said grinning.

Matheo laughed harder than I ever heard him laugh before and I was so shocked I almost spit out my punch. "What." I said. "Oh cmon, it's not that bad." Fred said. I rolled my eyes.

"Just get it over with." I said. I turned to face Matheo and he grinned at me. I rolled my eyes again and kissed him. It wasn't for long and I felt nothing. After people were cheering.

"Okay, now Matheo, truth or dare?" Asked George. "Truth." "Are you and Y/N dating?" Asked George.

Me and Matheo just bursted out laughing. "No." He started. "We're like siblings." I wiped my tears hoping my make up didn't smear.

I'm glad it didn't. There were some "Awhhh"s and laughter. I looked at Lavender who looked extremely jealous.

"Well, now it's time for Seven minutes in Heaven." Said Fred while handing Lavender the bottle. "Spin it's and whoever you land on you-" she interrupted him "I know what to do." She replied.

She set the bottle down and spinned it. And that's when my night went crazy. It landed on Matheo. We heard snickering from friends of Matheo and Lavender.

Matheo and Lavender made eye contact for a while. Matheo not knowing what to do and Lavender smiling the biggest smile I've ever seen her have, like she just won the lottery or something.

Matheo sighed and got up. "I won't do anything." He whispered to me before going into the janitors closet.

Seven minutes later

They both came out laughing. No one was really paying attention to them beside me and Cedric. Me and Cedric made eye contact and I gestured him over to the punch table.

As much as I hate being around him we both felt the same way. "Somethings up with them." He whispered to me. "Don't you think I know that." I whispered back glaring at him. "Maybe their both drunk?"

"How could they be drunk?" I asked. "They've only had punch to drink. And we wouldn't be aloud to have anything else. We're only 14 to 15 year olds Cedric." I was freaking out.

I didn't want it to go back to before, where he was always with Lavender and I was just a random 3rd year. I noticed Lavender and Matheo were holding hands. I felt sick. "I got to go, I'm not feeling well."

Cedric nodded. And I started walking away. I guess Matheo noticed and followed me because some how he got into my dorm room.

I sat down in my bed and sighed. I pushed my hair back and put it in a ponytail. I was reaching for my make up remover when I heard someone ask me,

"Are you okay?" I grabbed my wand instead and turned around. It was Matheo. I sighed and out my wand down.

"Dont ever do that again. You scared me." I stood up. "What are you doing here? How did you even get in here?" "The twins." He replied. I rolled me eyes. Of course.

"What do you want." I asked. He replied with "I wanted to make sure you were okay."

He got closer to me but I stopped him. "Cedric said you weren't feeling well." I turned away.

"Yeah, seeing you with Lavender made me want to throw up." he laughed "So that's what this is about?" I used bobby-pins to push my bags out of the way. "Your jealous?"

I slammed the rest of my bobby-pins on the table and whipped around. "Jealous?" I laughed out of anger. "I'm not jealous!" I yelled.

He crossed his arms and said "It seems like it." I squinted my eyes.

"And you weren't jealous when you told me to stay away from Cedric?" He paused. "

Well, no but-" I interrupted "Exactly." I continued "Just leave me alone, we can talk about this later." "Y/N,"

"Just leave me alone Riddle!" He could tell I was mad and backed off. "Fine."

I was so mad I picked up a glass vase and slammed it on the wall. I could tell by his shadow he thought about coming back in here but he left. "Now I'm the bad guy" l sighed.
