PART EIGHT

" You what." Matheo asked angrily. "I-I can't feel like legs." You look down at your legs and you start having a hard time breathing.

Matheo notices and put his hands on both of your cheeks, rapping his fingers around your ears. "Look, look at me." He tilts your face towards his.

"Your going to be okay. I'm taking you to the hospital wing and you will be fine."

You nodded and he picked you up bridal style and you leaned your head in his chest. He starts following Snape. You end up falling asleep.

In the recovery room

You wake up with doctors and Matheo surrounding you. Matheo noticed first and alerted the doctors. He held your hand and said,

"We thought you weren't going to wake up. You aren't suppose to fall asleep when you hit your head that hard." He laughed a little bit. You tried to sit up but he stood up and pushed you back. "Rest" he nodded.

The doctors came over and made you drink something disgusting but you did. They told you the bad news which was also good news. "You'll be paralyzed for four days at the least. But then you'll be good as new. You turned and saw Cedric.

Matheo said "After he heals we both are suspended for a week." "What, what No!" I yelled.

"You can't, w-what if Lavender messes with me again and I loose control or someone else tries to kiss me-"

He stopped you from talking and reached for a cold, wet rag and placed it on your forehead. Some of the cold water dropped on your neck and you shivered.

He laughed "Shhh, clam down. You'll be fine. I've asked Hermonie to watch you carefully." You laughed at the way he emphasized the word "carefully".

You laid back and rested your eyes. "My head hurts." You groaned. He laughed and said "I know. You'll live though." You smiled.

Dumbledore walked it.

"How are you doing today Y/N?" You sighed. "Could be better. But with Matt here, I'm doing good." You looked at Matt and you both smiled at each other.

"Well I'm glad to hear y'all have a solid connection." Dumbledore said before walking away to check on Cedric. I ended up passing out.

The next day was boring. Rarely anyone came to visit since classes were longer today. Matheo wasn't here so I had nothing to do. Hermonie came to tell me how my dragon was doing.

And how he was growing rapidly. But then the next day came and everything was the same. I got a flyer saying that in a month there was going to be a school dance to celebrate the first month of school.

I don't know if I'm going since I have no one to go with. Well, maybe Matheo would. But he doesn't seem like the type to go to one of those things.

Time skip/when the boys come back

You were already healed but you still needed people to escort you since you were weak. Cedric had his classes changed so he wouldn't have any besides a few with you.

When Matheo came back you would always hang out with him. And then today came,

I was minding my own business when Lavender came up to me crying, her mascara smeared and everything yelling in my face,

"It's all your fault!"

Then Matheo came from behind her saying it was saying it wasn't my fault. I was just trying to enjoy my cereal man-

later on I found out he finally broke up with her.

ANOTHER TIME SKIP BECAUSE NOTHING IMPORT IS HAPPENING HERE AND I KNOW YALL WANT TO SKIP TO THE DANCE.

I was walking to the library because Matt wanted to talk to me. When I got there I saw him and sat down.

"Sooo, I heard Lavender is already dating someone else." I said laughing.

Matt rolled his eyes and I smiled. "Anyways what did you want to ask me?" I asked. "Right, well I wanted to know if you wanted it go to the dance with me?"

He started. He turned to face me. "As friends." I wasn't shocked. I already heard rumors about him asking me. "What if I say no?"

I asked. He smirked. "I'll take you anyway." I smirked back "So I don't really have an option?" "Nope" I laughed "Alright fine."

He smiled back and said "See you soon." I smiled and nodded. He left the library and I went to my dorm. Now I have to ask Hermonie for help on what to wear.

As soon as she got back I told her. She wasn't happy about who I was going with but she was happy I was going and I'm letting her help pick out an outfit. "I want to wear red." I said.

"I've heard it makes you look better." I sat on my bed as she went through her bag. "Aha!" She pulled out a beautiful red dress. I smirked and said "Perfect."
