Chapter 22

"Damn... he looks so fucking gorgeous." He mutters. His eyes automatically lock its target when he sees a young police officer approaching his car.

"May I see your driver license and vehicle registration?"

Changbin then gives his fake documents without leaving his gaze on the other.

"Hey officer, you're the first one to ever catch me."

"Thanks for the compliment." The latter answers sarcastically.

"You'll receive your penalty notice within 14 days. Please pay for the fine for breaking speed limit before 28 days from now."

Changbin cannot help but lick his lips as he observes the incredibly handsome police officer. "Do you know why I drive my car fast?" He suddenly asks, opening the car door afterward.

Felix is startled at the sudden action, walking backwards as a response. His hand instinctively grips on the belt where his hand gun is located.

"Driving fast is the only thing that triggers my dopamine." He lowly utters. The low husky voice that comes out abruptly successfully makes Felix gulp.

"O-okay. D-don't come closer! Get back to your car!"

"Why should I?" Changbin smirks. "Lucky me I just found my second dopamine tonight."

Everything goes way too fast for Felix to comprehend. His body freezes, seems unable to properly functioning as pair of lips pressed on his.

"What the hell are you doing? Push him!" His brain yells at him, yet his body refuses to listen. 

"I can't promise you I won't break the rules again. But I'll pay for the fine." Changbin says then pecks the younger's freckled cheek sweetly before leaving him alone.

Once Changbin is far enough, Felix slumps his butt onto the ground.

"What the fuck happened?!"

Months have passed since then, but Felix never encounters that certain guy ever again. Not only that, there's barely any report about someone driving their car and breaking the speed limit at 2 am again.

So he moves on, acting like that night never happens.

But at those nights where he gets patrol task, he often drives his police car to that certain spot where he meets the stranger.

His mind will instantly recall the short yet memorable moment; the way the stranger moved his lips; the way his hands circled around Felix's neck while he did it. It really does leave a huge impression on him.

"I can't believe I'm back here again." He mutters, slowing his car before it abruptly comes to a stop.

With the help of light coming from the car, he can see a familiar figure standing not far from him with back leaning on the car door.

Felix then steps out of the car. His eyes don't blinks, maintaining eye contact with the other, afraid if all of this is only happening inside his head.

On the other side, Changbin feels satisfied with the cute reaction. Licking his lips, he then says, "Hey officer, miss me?"
