Hyunjin lets his eyes wander around every corner of his room, absorbing the detail inches by inches with a genuine happy smile attaches. Flashes of past memories fill his mind, never knew there was a moment in his life he would leave this place.

Not that he's going to permanently leave the said place, you can say he's just being too emotionally overwhelmed right now. How can he not when he has lived in this house for years now?

"Are you sad?" Minho asks, hands wrapping around his boyfriend's waist, hugging him from behind.

"Yeah..."

"Want me to move in here instead?"

Hyunjin immediately shakes his head. "That'll be lovely, but I kinda miss living with many people like I used to."

Minho hums, understanding what the younger means. "Move your ass and start packing then." He says, patting Hyunjin's butt gently, earning a small whine.

"Hyungie, can you help me with the books?"

"Only if you give me a kiss~" He wiggles his eyebrows.

The younger rolls his eyes. "You horny old man~" He lets out a playful snicker, but still plants a short peck on the older's cheeks.

Seconds later, they start packing, putting some selected clothes and books into the suitcase. Small, random talk casually slips their mouth here and there while they're at it.

But the sound of bell ringing cuts their little moment.

High tension suddenly clogs the room, both feeling alarm. They cannot help but look at each other. Terrified glint flashes on their eyes due to the obvious reason. But Minho quickly brushes off such thoughts and acts fast to solve the problem.

"Wait here."

Before Hyunjin can say anything, Minho opens the window and climbs down the second floor easily. The younger can feel the rapid loud thump inside his chest while watching his lover's back, exhaling the heavy air when the latter gives him a thumbs-up.

Slapping his cheeks gently, he prepares himself to go downstairs. But he still feels way too anxious so he waits for Minho to come back.

"It's a high school kid. He looks harmless... and kinda lost." The older says as soon as he reaches the window. "Do you want me to open the door instead?"

"It's okay. I'll do it. But please stay near me, hyungie."

"I will, baby. I will."
