Rowan began to regain consciousness as she heard some muffled and distant voices speaking. The witch healed faster than humans thanks to the spell she cast on herself. However, injuries still affected her and currently, her head felt like it could explode from the pain. She could barely understand what was happening. Suddenly a far away scream caught her attention and she opened her eyes. Her vision was blurry but she could just make out the figure of car seats. Rowan also felt a weight on her legs and she knew that it was Elena's body lying next to hers. The witch was grateful that Trevor hadn't killed her and took her along with Elena. Things would've been more complicated if they left Rowan on the side of the road.

The witch closed her eyes again when Trevor released the delivery man. She wanted to remain unnoticed for a while longer, at least until she regained her full function. The car moved again and they were driving toward what Rowan assumed to be the abandoned building. After a few minutes they arrived at their destination. By now, Elena was also regaining consciousness while Rowan felt her body reenergise. The witch could've easily overpowered the vampire at that point but she remained still.

Trevor called for Rose to help him carry the extra body. The female vampire approached Rowan's side of the car and pulled her out. "What is this Trevor? Why do we have an extra person?" Asked Rose as she carried Rowan and the two vampires walked inside with the hostages.

"The idiot caught her with the doppelgänger and didn't want any witnesses so he grabbed her as well. I thought we could use a snack," replied Trevor with a rather cheerful tone. Rowan wanted to roll her eyes badly at the two. Apparently they hadn't done their research, if they had no idea who she was. Honestly, vampires can be so arrogant and stupid at times. It was so easy to manipulate them when they thought they were the smartest and most powerful around.

When the four reached a large room with two couches, the sisters were gently placed on separate couches. "Please I'm hurt," Elena grumbled.

"I know," said Trevor. "Just a bite.."
"Trevor no!" Rose interrupted her friend as he leaned in toward Elena's neck, with his fangs out. Rowan also acted by sitting up and extending her arm. The two vampires began to groan in pain and clutch their heads as Rowan created aneurysm after aneurysm for them.

"Elena come here," called the witch to her sister. The doppelgänger gasped as she saw the state of the vampires and turned to her sister before rushing to stand behind Rowan. "Alright, I'm going to release you as long as you behave," said the witch. The vampires were both in shock and pain. They nodded in understanding, their faces had turned bright red and their eyes were as wide as their jaws. When Rowan released them, the two gasped and tried to catch their breath. Trevor kept a hand on his head massaging his scalp a little.

"You're a witch," Rose commented once she regained her composure.

"Well done Sherlock, what was your first clue?" Rowan replied a little sassily. "So, why have you kidnapped us?" Elena gazed at the vampires from beside her sister but she didn't speak, allowing Rowan to lead the interrogation. Trevor and Rose stared at each other, communicating silently in order to make a decision. "Keep in mind that we have no reason to listen to you," stated Rowan in hopes of encouraging them to admit the truth.
