"'Dear Someone, I am not very fond of childish games. I do not know what you have or, what you think regarding those three precious items. However, you got my attention. Shall we have a discussion? Sincerely Elijah Mikaelson.''" The witch repeated the exact first email he'd ever sent her. Her tone was breathless and she was very nervous for his reaction. "Does that answer your question Mr Mikaelson?" She whispered, waiting for his reply.

A few minutes of silence followed Rowan's confession. On the one hand, she was glad Elijah wasn't attacking her, on the other, she grew more worried with every minute passing. He had no further reaction after his initial shock. He probably needed some time to process what was said. Rowan was a little in denial that it happened, perhaps he was too. Due to Rowan's fear she wished to take back those words the second they left her mouth, maybe blurting out a lie instead, telling him something insane, such as receiving clairvoyant visions or even having an informant of her own. However, nothing seemed authentic or believable, so the truth was Rowan's only viable option.

When it seemed that Elijah wasn't responding anytime soon, the witch broke the silence, "Mr Elijah,"  she whispered as softly as humanly possible, knowing full well he could still hear her loud and clear. His eyes twitched a little and he took a few steps toward her. Rowan's instincts screamed at her to run but she didn't want seem like a coward, which she was but  she couldn't afford to let Elijah know that.

"How..." his tone matched hers in softness, his face contorted in confusion. The witch took a deep breath, contemplating which parts of the truth she should reveal.

"When I was ten, I woke up one day with the knowledge of things I shouldn't know," she began, with Elijah listening intently. The witch guessed he's using his hearing to determine whether she was lying or no. She had to be very careful with her wording. "I gained memories of something like a past life," Rowan continued cautiously. Elijah seemed to believe her so she grew more confident. "For some reason, the woman I used to be had knowledge of this world especially its past and future."

"Past and future? How much do you exactly know?" Elijah asked with both awe and scepticism. Rowan smiled weakly at him, he somehow still trusted her and hadn't reacted badly.

"For some things, I know way too much, for others way too little, so I suppose it's balanced," she explained. Rowan had always felt this way. She had tried her best over the years to gain knowledge of the things she knew too little on. However, not much came up, apart from some helpful information.

"You knew about the curse and my family?"

"Yes," she replied quietly.

"How much?" He asked.

"Will you come with me?" The witch asked hopeful and held out her hand. Elijah hesitated for a moment before taking it and Rowan lead them back to the car. She took the driver's seat this time and drove. She headed to the old Lockwood property where the cellar was.
