Bullying

After that incident, Haru was bullied again and again. Someone hitting her while she was going to class. Some random girl throwing soda on her dress. Her track suit drenched in color.

But she kept ignoring it all until one day she again met the girl whom she asked about Lily on poolside. Its not like Haru wanted to talk to her but that girl stopped her forcefully.

It was near library and because it was not rush hour, it was easy for her to stop Haru.

"You thought I was joking around when I told you to stay away huhh," Girl said while grinning her teeth.

"Why are you doing this, what's your problem?" Haru was worried about all this situation.

"Heh that's not your concern, just do what I'm telling you. Otherwise YOU will be responsible." Girl was so angry and then she put a knife on Haru's arm and cut a little bit.

Haru tried to stop her but she was trembling due to fear so she couldn't stop that girl.

Blood started to flow out from the wound. Girl wanted to threaten her but in her anger she cut Haru deep. She left immediately, Haru held her arm and tried to stop the bleeding.

Just then, Kanashi came out of library to go back home and saw Haru in that condition.

"What happened to you?" Kanashi asked in soft voice, all worried. She never saw him like that before.

"uh-oh I um....." Haru could not find any excuse for her wound and she was sobbing.

"Ah never mind! Lets first go to doctor." Kanashi suggested and for time being, he put his hankie around the wound. Haru got 6 stitches.

"Hey...! tell me who hurt you?" Kanashi again asked. It obviously was wound by knife, not just a cut she got while playing.

"Hehe who would do that," Haru was calmed down now so she just hid it while being all cheerful and continued, "Oh! I just remembered, Ba chan told me to come back earlier for she had to go for some work."

She made an excuse before He could ask her something more about it.
Kanashi drove her to her house and asked her to contact if anything happens.

But Kanashi didn't just leave it there. He asked Ba-chan if Haru was acting strange lately and she told him about how she often was worried when she got back home but always came up with an excuse that she was just worried about papers and assignments.

"I know her well, she would never be worried about something related to studies. It's definitely someone bullying her," Ba-chan told her concerns

He also contacted Jay and Kai, told them the whole situation and asked them to keep an eye on every suspicious activity, specially in University.

Now they were around her almost all the time, making it difficult for others to hurt her even more. She was relieved but still, worried about the warning. She did not want trouble for them or any fight because of her, so she could not find the courage to talk about it.
