Disaster

Few days later, Jay got a call from Kanashi's mom who was panicking about Kanashi because he was suddenly unconscious. Jay lived near his house and after listening to this, he rushed to Kanashi's home. On the way he told Kai about the situation.

He asked Kai to reach the hospital where Jay carried Kanashi. Doctor told them that it was due to excessive stress. Kanashi was burning in fever and his blood pressure dropped drastically but thankfully it was not too much serious. Doctors gave the essential medical treatment.

In the morning Haru went to University and found out that Jakashi squad was absent. She found it strange and was surrounded by so many fears but tried to stay normal and attended the lecture.

When lecture ended and teacher left the class, Mica and her SPECIAL friends went to rostrum and said,
"Hey class! Today we are going to tell you a secret about the girl who acts all high and mighty." They all laughed.

Considering all of it as some nonsense, she was going outside when a girl pushed her back in chair and said with a smirk,
"Huh where are you going? You are the main star of today's show. "

Then Mica continued, "You know what. This girl Haru lives with her grandmother because..."

Mica paused for a moment to create suspence and her pawns said, "Whyyy? " in one voice.

"Because her mother just wanted money so bad that she had an affair with some rich man who even left her alone with THIS unfortunate daughter, " Mica laughed, being so satisfied and then she continued the story, "But her mother was still not satisfied with this and she left Haru and went for another man."

Everyone was looking at Haru, some with disgust, others with pity. On the other hand Haru was in complete shock to hear all this, but she gathered all of her strength And said with tears in her eyes," My mother was a noble lady and she married to a respected man."

"How shameful. Still protecting the actions of the sinner." Mica was so ready today to destroy her self esteem and respect.

Haru was still crying, all words were stuck in her throat so she decided to walk away from all of them. She was going outside when Kusata came infront of her, blocking her way and said," Aahh acting all great when you have such shameful past hmph... "

Before he could say anything more, Haru pushed him away and went back home.

Ba-chan was worried to see her coming back so early and crying so bad. But before Ba-chan could ask anything, she went straight to her room and threw herself on bed. Ba-chan followed her.

Instead of asking her anything, Ba-chan put Haru's head in her lap and said while patting on her head lightly, "Don't worry, my child. Your granny is always here for you."
Haru started sobbing and in some time, she slept in Ba-chan's lap.
