Doctor prescribed few medicines and with advice of extra care, Kanashi was discharged from hospital in the evening.

When they got back to home, Jay opened his mobile to see any university updates and he found a video by some anonymous student in which everyone was insulting Haru with bad remarks.

He stold Kai and Kanashi about it and they were also worried and shocked due to the claim made in video.

"What the hell is this? Mica won't learn the lesson easy way," Kai clenched his fists.

"We should go talk to Ba-chan to ask about all this," Kanashi suggested. They were all worried.

"But how are we supposed to talk about it," Jay felt awkward. Topic was so odd to be discussed easily.

"Lets just ask about her parents and Ba-chan will say something. We can see then where the topic goes," Kanashi said.

"Yeah lets go," they were all ready to go. Kanashi's mom wanted to stop him but when she was them all worried, she gave the permission.

At Ba-chan's shop...

"Ohayo Ba-chan, how are you?" Jay was the one to ask.

"I'm good, what about you people," Ba-chan replied softly.

"Where is Haru?" Jay could not hide his worrisome behaviour.

"She is in her room, sleeping for now," Ba-chan replied with little low tone.

"Is everything alright?" Kai noticed the sadness in her tone.

"I don't know. Did something happen at university today?" Ba-chan asked and their facial expressions changed.
It was so hard for them to start this conversation.

"Oh Ba-chan! We wanted to ask about something," Kanashi asked while holding Ba-chan's hand.

"What is it?" Ba-chan was worried too.

"Actually we never asked Haru about it, Never felt the need to. But where are her parents?" Kai got the courage to ask the question.

"Wh- why what happened?" Ba-chan asked with trembling hands. She was also not ready to talk about it.

"No no nothing happened. Its just we never saw them here you know," Kai tried to make it look normal.

"Yeah because they died in car accident few years ago," Ba-chan said with teary eyes.
All three of them were startled to hear this.

"Oh so sad. But how were they as person," Jay asked this time.

"I don't know, I never met them in person," Ba-chan was sad.

"Whattttt you don't know your own daughter?" Jay could not stop to hide his confusion. It was a strange conversation.

"Oh you misunderstood, Haru and I are not blood related," Ba-chan threw another bomb, they all could not speak a word so Ba-chan continued, "one day I went to that nearby park and found her crying there. She was all alone and when I asked about her family. She told me about her parents' death in car accident. Also how all her relatives asked her to leave the house. I decided to become her granny. "

Ba-chan told the whole story and now she was crying. She always felt so sorry for her therefore never asked about the details or anything else, only what Haru told her herself.

That was not how they imagined it to go and they were completely speechless. There was a long pause in conversation.

Ba-chan broke the silence and asked, "It does not feel normal. You are suddenly asking about Haru's parents and something happened to her at university."

Jay thought for a second and thinking it was all a scam, showed that video to Ba-chan. After watching the video, Ba-chan was hurt even more and she murmured," Aah poor child, she had to hear all those bad remarks because of my daughter. "

There was a long pause again. No one knew what's to say anymore.
"Its not easy but someone needs to talk to her," Jay thought of Haru and her condition.

"She is sleeping for now. Please one of you talk to her. I don't have the courage to talk to her." Ba-chan was blaming herself for all this.

"Hey don't think like that. Its not your fault," Kanashi felt bad for Ba-chan thinking like that and then he said, "Don't worry. I'll go talk to her."
