Chap.24

Hayden's Pov

I've been reading on my kindle for hours and I'm starting to get curious of what Harry's doing.

There has been no sign of him barging into my room which he always does but sometimes is polite enough to actually knock.

I'm about to get off my bed and go see what he's doing until there's a knock at my door.

"Come in!" I yelled getting back into my comfy position.

The door opened and in came harry.

"Hayden dress nice. I want you downstairs at-" he stopped checking the time on his watch."6:45, be downstairs by that time."

"Wait, why?" I asked confused.

"I'm taking you on a date." He grinned.

Oh.

"What! We're getting out of this place?!"" I asked hoping the answer is yes.

"Nope. Just be downstairs by 6:45 and dress nice." he said before walking out and closing the door behind him before I could respond.

A date?

I honestly thought that wasn't gonna happen anytime soon.

I wonder what this guy has in mind.

Plus I didn't pack anything fancy.

I got up and looked through my clothes to see if I have anything that looks close to fancy

There was nothing there so I decided to look in the bag of clothes Kate and my mom bought for me.

I didn't see anything so far until a bright yellow cloth caught my eye.

I pulled it out and indeed it was a nice summer dress.

Kate probably picked this out.

It was yellow and had four white buttons on the top, probably knee length too.

I looked at the time and it was 6:29.

I better hurry up. I went to the washroom and fixed up my self a bit.

I put my hair in a nice pony tail and went back to my room.

I put the dress on and it fits perfectly. after I was done straightening the dress I put on my white socks with yellow polka dots to kind of fit the dress since I won't be wearing shoes anyways.

It's not like we're going outside or anything so I'll just stick with socks.

When I was done I check the time and it was 6:43.

I decided to start heading downstairs now. At first I didn't see anything until I made my way to the dining area and saw the table fixed up nicely with sauces and vegetables in different bowls and cheese in one bowl.

I smiled and looked around for harry but their was no sign of him.

Until he came out of the kitchen with a white button down shirt with black skinny jeans on. I guess he changed after he came to my room. Also he had flowers in his hands.

Fake flowers may I add.

How did he get those?

I chuckled silently and gave him a questioning look.

"I know this is not an ideal perfect first date but I promise to take you on one when we get out of here." He smiled. "you look lovely by the way."

"Thanks. I found it in the bag of clothes my mom bought for me."

He grinned and walked towards me handing me the colour full flowers.
