"OOOOOOOW!!!! OUCH!! OH MAN!!! WHY?!!" The doctor was providing ointment to Swipe's wounds. Typically, he wouldn't think anything of it, but his wounds cut through more than half an inch of flesh. The ointment was a sickly translucent gray, and whenever it touched raw skin, or entered into his body, it stung like a million bees all stabbing him in the same spot. He couldn't do anything about it, so he just sat there with his hands balled and his mouth screaming.

The doctor applied the gel to a wound on his midsection. "WHY DOES THIS HURT SO BAD?!!"

"We need to use the ointment now when the wounds are fresh and deep. That is one of the downsides to your rapid healing. If we don't apply the ointment now, you will heal wrong, and start bleeding internally." The doctor supplied.

"Why can't we wait any-" The doctor put some into a wound on his hip. Swipe breathed sharply, trying to fight the pain. After a couple seconds of rapid stinging, he couldn't take it. "OOOOOOOOOW!!!!!" And then it was over. He got so close to beating it.

"I'm guessing your question was why we couldn't do it later right?" Swipe nodded. "You heal exponentially.Your tissues start healing faster and faster until it is healed. Right now, we are in the slower stages of your healing. If we wait any longer, there will not be enough time to apply all of it. Now could you please try to keep it down? My ears are starting to hurt from your incessant screams."

"Sorry."

After another ten minutes of gruelling pain, Trellis put on his shirt, and stumbled out of the med bay and ran into...June.

"Oh, hello." He said, backing up and standing up straighter.

"Hi." She said. Her eyes drifted downwards and she brushed a lock of hair out of her face.

"What were you doing?" Swipe asked.

"I was coming to visit you. I didn't know you were awake."

"Oh cool." He said enthusiastically. "I knew you cared."

June smiled and looked up. Wow. She's pretty. was all Swipe could think. The doctor interrupted his daydreaming. "Oh, she does a lot more than care based on what she-"

"Moving on." June quickly interrupted him and followed up by sending him a nasty glare. Wonder what that was about...

"How do you feel?" She asked.

"Awful actually. Nothin' like rubbin' lotion into half inch holes in your body."

"I can imagine. Do you need help getting back to your room?" Swipe was about to say no, but his knees buckled and he fell into Junes surprisingly strong arms. "Woah there cowboy." She said as she caught him. "Yep, you need to take it easy."

"Alright. I guess you right."

June lifted him up and they awkwardly walked down the hallway with her half carrying half helping him. What made it better was that they hugged each other the whole way.

Swipe was looking for Carter, but he couldn't find him anywhere. 4 days after the moose incident, Swipe was miraculously healed. Only a few scars remained where he picked at the fast healing scabs. He checked everywhere. The cafeteria, the training room, and even the gym. Surprisingly, he wasn't in any of those places. Trellis asked Roberto(the man who worked gertrude) where Carter was. He had no idea.

Swipe did a 10 second long search of the entire building which, for him, was a very long time. No dice. He ran back to the main office and met with Glass.
