"Shes still unconscious! You gave her too much drugs!" The girl shouted pulling a women dressed in white laboratory gown to stop her in injecting another drug.

"Her system is stable. Its her brain's choice to remain like a dead body-- denying to move." The women explained pulling her mask out of her face.

She glare at the unconscious girl not sure if she can still continue the experiment Uno commanded them. Theres no way she can disobey. Her Mom's life is at stake which is the only family she got. Her mom is more important than the girl in front of her.

"What should we do?"

"Wait for her to wake up then well continue the drug-testing."

"No! She cant do it anymore! She's dying! How can you make a girls body be your science project!?I--I already gave her the dosage you wanted and now youll inject another drug?! You-Youll kill her!"

"I-im s-sorry Chron. You know i cant disobey Uno's orders." She answered looking down at her hands then took a glimpse on Chrons younger sister.

"You know how hard is this for me. Wed been friends."

"And now youre not? Fvcker." Chron snap in distaste. "How dare you told me youre friends --"

"Shut up! D-dont talk to me like that Chron! Were friends and you? Y-youre Amber's sister!" She retaliated her chest rising in fury. "I dont know youre reason w-why you did this to her. S-shed been searching for you for God knows how long. She l-love you. I guess you dont know anything about h-her love for you. You d-dont deserve to be called S-sister."

"Guess youre right. Im not a good sister, Meriel." Chron agreed turning her back at the girl. "I guess loving the dangerous man is the biggest mistake i ever made."

I slowly open my eyes. I can feel it squinting seeing the bright light. No. Its not because of the light.

My eyes are heavy. I tried to touch it but my muscles refuse to move. I move my fingers but none of them twitch.

"W-what i-is---" i choke. Damn. I cant even talk properly. My throat is dry and it fvcking hurts. I look at my body and i was tied very bad.

I flinch when i felt my neck and arms stung. My arms were bruised and its purple.

"A-amber?"

I abruptly look at my side and my heart leaps that i almost felt it in my throat. What is he doing here?!

"L-lyn--"

"Are you okay?" He asked his voice raspy. He choked and gave me a weak smile. "Im sorry."

I smiled at him. I dont know if my lips even move. I tried opening my mouth but my strength departed in my body that even a simple smile my lips cant do.

"You look horrible." He added.

I chuckle but my face remain the same. Am i paralyzed?

He tried to struggle but its useless. Were both tied and his are worst. He's chained. His hands and foot were cuffed in the bed. Theres no way he can escape. We cant escape.

"I know you s-saw me kissing Jeana." He paused. I look away not interested in hearing his reasons and apologies. "I didnt kiss her. You know how I love you Amber."

"Youre a-an i-idiot." I retorted gasping for air. I gulp.

"Yes. I am a complete idiot for not stopping that bitch immediately when she threatened me that she'll do anything to hurt you. I am weak for not trusting your capabilities. Im sorry. If i only act as the Lynder i was this will not happen. Youre my weakness Amber. You... You changed me." He paused. "You bring the light out of me. I didnt know i still have this light in my being. I-Its s-so amazing. I love you Amber."

I smile. A tear fell from my eyes. Why are we having this conversation in this kind of situation? I repress myself in snapping at him. Maybe this is our only chance to express ourselves. I look at his eyes. He looked at me longing and love is all that i can see in it. "S-sorry for d-dra-dragging you into this. Sorry that i f-fell in love with you. I-if i only run away when i got the chance, none of this will happen."

"Ill never let you run." He retorted.

"I came to rescue you."

I chuckle rolling my balls at him. Unsure if i did it correctly.

"Youll rescue me?" I asked scoffing. "How can you do that if youre tied with those weird chains and knots." I retorted without stuttering and choking. Guess my body and brain is working again. I twitch my fingers and it did. I grin.

"Thats part of the plan." He grinned.
