"The reason why I keep asking to hang out is because.." "Because??" I repeated. "Because I want you to be my girlfriend." I saw that coming.

"Hey Vernie! Who's at the door?" Mason asked walking next to me. "Oh, hey Sean!" Sean looked at me, then Mason and there was a slight sign of irritation on his face. I smirked.

"So, you and Mason, huh?" I shook my head, trying to hold back my laugh. "Me.. And.. HIM???" I couldn't hold it in anymore. I started bursting out laughing.

After a while I was able to compose myself. "Look, Sean, you're an awesome and hilarious friend but I don't want a relationship at the moment. You are more than welcome to come and hang out with me and Mase though."

"Yeah, uh, Vernie?"

"Yeah?" I asked.

"I have to go but I'll see you tomorrow. We can just leave school and go straight to my house after school if that's okay."

"Yeah, sounds good."

He hugged me and I patted his back.  "There's no need for physical contact there Mason." He let go and blushed. Really dude? You're blushing now? Its not like I told you you're fly was down.. Which actually is down at the moment. I got close to him and whispered, "Might wanna zip you're pants there." And his face turned a deeper shade of red. I laughed and showed him put the door. "Bye Mase. Bye Sean."

I closer the door and sat back on the couch. Wasn't that a fun way to say goodbye. I already knew Sean was going to ask me out. It was pretty obvious. No one flirts that much without having a crush. I shouldn't of blew off the ice cream though. I love ice cream. I guess watching movies at Mason's house could work too.

It's gonna be a long day tomorrow.
