Walking to lunch is the worst. I think I'm just going to eat at the bleachers on the field. I grabbed my lunch and walked to the field. I was happy to be alone without people starring at me so much. "Hey." I recognize that voice. It's that dude that was following me. I turned my head and looked at him. "We got off on the wrong foot yesterday. I'm Mason. Mason Lester." "We didn't get on the wrong foot yesterday, you just decided to follow me." He scratched the back of his neck. Some other guys, or jocks I should say, came up to him. "Come on we have to practice after lunch and lunch is almost over." One of them said. Mason smiled at me. "I have to go. I never got your name though." "Veronica." "Okay. See ya later Vernie." Vernie. What a cute nickname.

NOT.

******

I skipped last period and went straight home. I can't deal with that stupid Science teacher today. I decided to just walk around for a while until I came to a small park. I watched all the little brats run by. I hate kids.

As one of them was running, they collided into me and I fell. See, this is why kids are my enemies. I got up and brushed myself off. You know what, I'm just going to walk home.

I walked home and just starred out the window.

Don't call me a stalker or anything. I'm not like that Mason dude. I just starred blankly until something caught my eye. Oh gosh.

Please no.

Well, yeah but still.

I got out the window and walked slowly to the door.

Any minute now.

There was a knock on my door. Right on time. I opened the door.

"You did not follow me here." I said crossing my arms over my cheast. "But I did."
