I groaned as the ringtone of my phone woke me up. Without looking at the ID caller I picked up. "Yeah?"

"Happy birthday love." Dylan chuckled, ignoring my harsh greeting.

"You remembered." I said to him, suddenly wide awake.

"Off course I remembered, I do listen when you talk, y'know."

"Sorry, I know. Thank you." I looked at my clock, 8:45AM. "Shouldn't you be filming by now?"

"Ouch. If you don't want to ta-"

"No! sorry, didn't mean it like that. Just saw the time and I know you usually shoot around nine." I interrupted him.

"It's fine. Need to be there in 20, so I thought I'd call you before I don't get the opportunity anymore."

"That's sweet of you."

"Didn't got that picture though." He said and I could hear him smirk.

"Mum took a pic with me and Colton. I can send you that one if you'd like."

"I'd love to." He said and I told him to hold on for a moment.

I went to my gallery and searched for the picture mum took of us and send it to Dylan. "Damn J. You look really good in blue." Dylan said as he got the picture and I blush like crazy.

"T-thank you." I stuttered.

"Can't wait for the next time I'll see you." He said.

"Yeah, tell me about it. You should really get going and yes, I do want to talk to you, but I don't want you to be late."

"I won't, have a nice birthday party love."

"Thanks Dylan, good luck with shooting." I said before saying our goodbyes.

I got out of bed and put on some sweatpants and a sweater, not bothering to get showered because I know I will before changing into my birthday outfit.

"Morning mum." I said to her when I saw her standing in front of the stove. Making some breakfast, judging by the smell it must be bacon and scrambled eggs. Not surprised though, she's always up early. Me on the other hand, I'm usually not up this early on a Saturday, I often sleep in until 10:30 or so.

"Jaimy? Why are you up this early on a Saturday? We weren't supposed to wake up this early."

"Ashley woke me up by calling me." I lied, didn't really think mum would be that amused to hear that it was actually Dylan.

"Doesn't she usually calls you right after midnight?" Shit.

"Yeah, uhm, she did. She wanted to talk me through some things for the party."

"At nine in the morning?" She said, raising an eyebrow.

"Why did you say I wasn't supposed to wake up this early?" I quickly said, hoping she'd drop the topic. Ashley did call me right after midnight, she always does. Did I mention already that I was a terrible liar?

"I wanted to bring you breakfast in bed. Y'know, because of your birthday." She added when she saw my confused face.

"Oh.. I thought you were just making breakfast for yourself." Although I really like scrambled eggs and bacon, mum also loves it.

"It's fine. We'll just have breakfast together." I said as I sat down. It's the first time she offered to bring me breakfast in bed. Usually she would freak out if we bring a glass of water upstairs. 'Always bring a bottle upstairs, 'coz you'd spill the glass all over your desk if you're not careful' I can hear her saying in my head and I chuckled a bit, ignoring her confusing look she gives me afterwards.
