"Louis?" Harry asked, picking up a french fry from Louis' plate before he plopped it into his mouth.
Louis turned to look at Harry from beside him, pausing the conversation he was having with Liam and Zayn from the other side of the booth.
"Yes, Hazzy?"
"Where do your siblings live? Because they aren't living with your mum, right?" Harry asked curiously, yet cautiously.
He didn't want to hit a sore subject on accident.
But luckily, Louis' face broke out in a smile.
"They live with me stepdad, Mark. Good lad, good lad." He nodded his head to himself absentmindedly, taking a fry of his own before drowning it in ketchup.
Harry nodded, "that's good."
Louis leaned forward then, moving his face right in front of Harry's, before he shoved the whole, ketchup drenched, fry into his mouth, chewing it loudly with his mouth open.
Harry grimaced, smiling wide as he pushed a giggling Louis away.
"You gross fiend!" Harry joked, "Eat your food right ways, doodle. Or I'll steal it and eat it myself."
