Pidge outfit for the Tribute Parade..
(The skirt of the dress will all become a burning flame and the skirt will fly up a little to show that it was a dress of fire. The dress is rather long and Pidge would be wearing simple pull on black boots to protect her feet. But due to the dress being extra long to let the dress wide up in the wind and horse cart to make it seem like a ball of flame .. Pidge will need help walking around)

(It will tart off as that red colour but then turn into the blue suit as the flames burn, it will start red than the flames turn it into blue) He'll having matching trousers and shoes..
