𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐀 𝐌𝐂𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 listening to her music, on her phone that was also on full blast, not having a care in the world about how loud it actually was.
Vanessa was dancing to one of her favourite songs, 'Mr. Brightside' by The Killers.
Unfortunately her 'living in her own world' moment was sadly ruined, much to her displeasure, was because of her younger twin brother, Scott McCall.
Scott burst into her room, whilst speaking in a breathless voice, "Van, turn it down. I'm trying to focus for lacrosse practice tomorrow. But all I can hear is your annoying music." Scott complained to his older twin, yet with a hint of anger in his tone.
Vanessa didn't even have to look up at Scott, to acknowledge the fact that he was angry, but didn't want to see the look on his face because she already knew that it wasn't going to be a pretty sight to see.
So, she just stared right back at her phone.
"Which was way too loud, by the way." Scott added in an annoyed tone, when all he wanted to do was focus for his lacrosse try-outs tomorrow.
Vanessa paused her music on her phone, "Scotty, now that you just said that my music is 'annoying', I'm going to leave my music on full blast, just to piss you off even more. Thanks for the advise though." Vanessa sassed, using her manicured nails to quote back to Scott's previous words, just so she could rub it in his face some more.
There was no way she was going to turn her music down, just for her younger twin brother.
"Seriously, Van. Just please turn the music down. I'm not asking for you to turn the whole damn thing off or anything. All I'm asking you to do is just turn it down a bit. Please." Scott pleaded to his older twin with his dark brown puppy-dog eyes.
"No, because I'm older than you, so you can't boss me around, little bro." Vanessa pointed out in her big sister voice to her brother.
"Now, leave." Vanessa ordered in an annoyed tone, already wanting her brother to just leave her alone.
"You're only older than me, by a minute." Scott whined to his twin sister.
