𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐀, 𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐒 had walked out of the classroom when the bell rang, letting the trio know that it's the end of their period.
Vanessa walked with Scott. However, Scott didn't even know that she was still walking alongside him.
The male McCall went over to his locker, only to see Allison standing by her own locker as well. Her locker was only on the other side of the hallway, making it easier for him to look up at her.
Allison shut her locker, smiling at Scott once she had seen him watching her.
Vanessa decided to knock Scott out of his lovey-dovey staring contest between him and the new girl.
"Scotty, you're already checking out the new girl?" Vanessa asked her brother in a teasing tone, yet being half playful.
Scott jumped back at Vanessa's voice, startled by her presence in general.
"Jesus, Van. You scared the crap out of me!" Scott exclaimed to his sister, in a frightened voice.
"That was the point, dumbass. Also, you're the second person today who's told me that I'm apparently 'scary', which is totally true, by the way." Vanessa went on to Scott.
However, Scott wasn't paying any attention to his sister's annoying ranting, because he was far too busy listening in on the conversation between Lydia and Allison.
