Scott leaned himself up against one of the metal mesh shelves with a look of shock - but also a dejected look - on his puppy-dog face.
Stiles, when seeing this started to freak out, which made Vanessa roll her eyes at his attempt at trying to stay calm.
"Did you apologise to Allison?" Stiles asked the teen wolf.
"Yeah." Scott responded back in a monotone voice, still looking shell shocked.
"So, is she even gonna give you a second chance?" Vanessa curiously asked her twin, "Or. . ."
"Yeah." Scott repeated back in the same tone as before.
"Yeah!" Stiles exclaimed enthusiastically, obviously not getting why Scott sounded so bummed out at that, "All right, so everything's good!"
Stiles walked away from his best friends for a second, thinking that everything was peachy keen when in reality it was anything but that.
