The last few weeks have been crazy. Thanksgiving has come and gone. Dad and Uncle Oliver swapped personalities, well that was what Dad said, which was weird. Dad and I are getting back on track with each other since that latest discussion and he's been checking in on me A LOT. I don't mind it but somethings a girl just needs space.
I woke up a little after my alarm but let's not tell Dad that. I got dressed in a comfy outfit and went to get breakfast from the kitchen. I saw no one was here, hm they must have already left for work. I made some oatmeal and then went to finish some school work before heading to Star Labs for the day. ____________________________________ ( Star Labs ) Walking to the lab today, I have felt weird. I don't know how to explain the feeling but maybe it's my powers that I going to get. Who Knows?
I walked into the med Bay to see Caitlin working on something. "Hey Caitlin" I walked up beside her.
"Hey Kenz, how are you doing today?" She turned towards me.
"I'm good, just came to see what we're dealing with today," i said as Caitlin is looking at some scientific dark matter thing on her iPad. "where is Dad?" I asked looking around.
"He's in a contaminate cell" I gave her a weird look "He touched the car that was affected with Dark matter of the villain which he phasing at the time and to that he couldn't stop, so he's in the cell so he won't fall through to earth's core," Caitlin explained with less scientific terms.
"Huh, so not busy morning?" I asked sarcastically and she smiled back. "I'll go check on him" I left med Bay and head down there.

I walked up into the pipeline to see Dad walking back and forth reading 'Uncaged Desires' okay reading mick Rory's book, um that's an interesting choice.
" Ugh come on girl, your better than this" Dad whined reading the book being weird and very into it until he sees me and puts it away.
"Uncaged Desires?" I questioned
"It's surprisingly a good read" Dad defended the book and I grabbed a book from my bag that already read that I left here to give to him when he's finished with the desires. I place it in the hole where you pass the metahuman's food.
"Theirs 'The Outsiders' when your finished your desires book, thought I would be nice"
"thanks, Kenz "I turned and laid my back against the walls and sighed, I kind of wanted to ask my Dad about before I was born with Mom but I don't want to open up with old wounds. " You okay Kenzie?" Dad asked me
" What was Mom like? my biological mom before I was born." I took out a breath then spoke fast as I looked up at Dad. " like how did she tell you she was pregnant with me" I spoke clearer and slower to clarify.
" Well okay, When your mom told me about you it was after school on the way home......"
