Nora is staying longer now for Barry can teach her on how to use her powers. Barry been keeping a secret from kenzie for 4 years now about his disappearance in Crisis, he wants to tell her but he can't seem to find the right words without breaking his daughter's heart.

I Woke in my room, i am bundled up in my blankets in such a warm position when my Dad decided to be annoying today and rip off the blankets i have on.

"Good morning kenz" he said pretty loudly

"Urg, i hate you" i said grabbing my pillow putting it to my face.

"I love you too" i said walking out of my room. I got out of bed and went to the Bathroom to get ready.
I put on a cute pink tank top and rip jeans that Iris got me.

I walked downstairs to see Dad and Mom sitting at the table they look pretty serious.
"Morning" i said going to make a bowl of cereal. " So what are you guys talking about?"

"Urgh, Work" dad said awkwardly scratching the back of my head.

"Okay" I said nodding and smiling. "You are acting weird, are you sure your okay?"

"Yeah of course" they said at the same time and looking at each other afterwards. Just then there was a buzzing sound on Dad's phone.

"Work calls" he said as he zooms out of there.

"Hey kenz, how about you and i go to jitters together? i will even let you have coffee and not tell your Dad." iris said grabbing the dishes and putting them in the sink.

"Ok, I'm going to grab my bag" I said, and left to go to my room and to get my bag that has my book to read and my song book.
I came back downstairs to meet Mom. "I'm Ready"

Jitters

Mom and I are sitting at a table and jitters talking about normal girl things and to be honest it feels nice.
"Okay, go on a date with Chord Overstreet or Darren Criss?" I asked as I sip my coffee.

"Ooh that's hard but I'll have to go with Darren," She said and I nodded yes.

"Chord Overstreet close second though" I stated.

"You know this feels nice, I miss hanging out," Iris said starting to look kind of sad.

"Mom, you ok?"

"Yeah, Don't worry about me"

"You sure?"

"Yeah of course, how about your new talent I heard about."

"Oh no, he showed you the video, Did he?" I said as I saw her nod. I was about to complain when my Iris come to a notification on her phone.

"Well we have to get to Star Labs, new meta" We got up and headed to the car to get to Star Labs.

Mom and I made it to Star Labs to know that apparently there's a new villain. Some guy named Cicada, I think.

"As a kid, there was a part of the Flash Museum that always scared me. I guess it's normal for children to be afraid of monsters. But this monster was different. No one knows where he came from, how he got his powers, who he is. All that's known is his alias, and the last sound his victims hear. But that's not what makes him scary. What makes him scary is you never catch him." Nora said turning with a scared look on her face.
