Mackenzie finally read her letter from her mother saying that her father was going to be a perfect father and that she has powers, they haven't came in yet but it's starting to because she had dizzy spell on her way to the park.
Kenzie didn't want to think too much about her powers so she went to get coffee, which she saw her mom and Nora at jitters. She pretended to not be there and listen in but she heard about Barry's disappearance . she didn't know what they were talking about and now she's confused.

Iris Pov

Nora just ran out and I looked around the jitters and saw this brown haired girl, she reminds me of kenz. I walked back to the van, to Barry looking at the technology.

"Hey you okay?" Bare asked me.

"Uh i don't know, not only does Nora hate me but soon Kenzie will too." I sat down with my back against the van wall, when Barry came over to sit in front of her.

" Hey you will get close to Nora eventually but Kenz loves you now and nothing is going to change that" he said trying to comfort me.

"Yeah it's just hard, come on lets get back to Star labs" i said as we get ready to head but try to defeat

Kenzie's Pov

I was just sitting in jitters with my coffee thinking about the conversation between Mom and Nora. What did she mean Dad's disappearance? He would have told me, right? I thought we don't keep secrets but obliviously that's a lie. I walked home so I can have the place to my self and just let everything out.

I walked into my room to set everything down open my book and started to write a song.

I finished singing the new song with tears in my eyes. I thought Dad and I were close and that he would tell me everything but I guess not. We don't really know each other like I thought we did.

I turned to the page with the letter from my mom on it. I read it through then I flipped to the next page which had me noticing something off. A number? I wonder if it's hers. It wouldn't be, right?  It's been awhile she would have changed her number. Well what will it hurt if call it.

I dialed the number and after a few rings, it came through.

"I've been waiting for you to call"

Hi Mom

Hi sweetheart, I guess you found the letter.

Yeah I did, could I meet you?

I don't know if that is safe

I just want to meet you, at least once. I promise after that you don't have to hear from me.

Okay tomorrow, jitters 2 pm

Okay, I'll see you then Mom.

Bye sweetheart.

I hung up the phone, I can't believe I'm meeting my mom, well my actual mom, I don't know I'm scared but excited. You know what I'm going to star labs to help.

Star labs

I was walking in a room where I could already for the intensity between everyone in the room.

"You know what's the worst part? That I didn't hear it from my mom" she stood their a few seconds before she sped off.

I saw my mom go into tears and my dad hugging her, I went to join in on the big since you know I'm hugger.

"It's okay mom, she'll come through" she smiled at me and my Dad side hugged me.

"Come on, it's getting late let's get home" my dad said picking us up and speed off to the loft. We walked into the door and I don't know if I should ask about Dad's disappearance that I heard mom and Nora talking about, I probably shouldn't right now since her fight with Nora happened.

"Hey, How about we have a movie night?" Dad asked us and I automatically brought a huge smile to my face like is was Christmas Eve.

"Yes, we should High School musical" I said super excited, I always wanted to be Gabriella if I got chance in a play or something.

"Alright I guess High school musical it is, I'll go make the snacks, kenzie you can set it up" I nodded and walked over to the Tv to turn it on.

It was a great night, we watch HSM and of course sang because you don't sing along are you even watching it, like come on they're bops.  It's good though, 

A normal movie night.
