Imagine Leo strolling in a supermarket with Calypso when Percy appears with Annabeth in the same aisle but different side. The look of surprise that crossed Percy's face when he realized that one of his best friends wasn't actually dead all this time... then the anger that comes after he realized that one of is best friends wasn't actually dead all this time.
Annabeth has to hold Percy back to prevent him from lunging at Leo, and, having little to no water at the supermarket, he isn't able to attack Leo nor Annabeth with water. Annabeth, who often helps Leo in secret design plans, motions for Leo and Calypso to leave as fast as he can, and the couple sprint off with the cart as fast as possible, with an angry Percy right on his heels shouting, "VALDEZ! YOU ARE SO DEAD!"
And Leo shouting back, "That was soooo, like, 10 years ago!"
