3rd person POV
Flying back to the north from south didn't took long. Kao is finally home after 3 months, back to the busy city. The plane had land at shuvarnabhumi airport, Kao took his luggage and walked through the aisle to take cab to go home. As Pete couldn't come because of his work.
When he came home, he saw P'Mou, the lady around her forty who's working for Pete and Kao since the beginning.
"Hello P'Mou." Kao greet her politely as he saw her.
"Hello Kao, how are you?" She asked with a smile.
"I'm good" Kao answered.
"Pete told me you will be coming today, so I came to clean up the house." She said.
"Thank you Krub." He said.
"You go and freshen up, you must be hungry. I will serve you lunch." She said, Kao nodded and went upstairs.
After having his lunch, Kao took a long nap as he was very tired. But then woke up with bunch of messages from the groupchat 'the cool gang' sandee, June, and Thada. After some chat, The group decided to meet up tomorrow. Since they didn't see each other for a month.
Kao spend his evening while staying in the study room, while studying, revising some sheets. As the final exam is coming soon. They will graduate in two months so he's studying hard.
Later at night Kao was watching Tv, to kills times while waiting for Pete. It's almost 23:00 but he isn't home yet. As he took his phone to call Pete, he heard door unlocking and guessed it must be Pete.
But then he saw there was another man with Pete, who were supporting Pete entering. The man was Off "What's wrong with your leg?" Kao asked worried as he saw Pete injured leg and went to him.
"I fell from the stairs while shooting." He answered.
Both Kao and Off helped Pete to sit at the couch comfortably. "Thank you for taking Pete home Off." Said Kao as he gave him a smile.
"No worries, after all he's my friend so I need to take care of him." He said. "But what's bring you here Kao?" He asked seeing Kao at Pete 's house.
Kao looked at Pete didn't know what to answer. "We live together." Said Pete. Off looked confused "we're married." Said Pete slowly. After all they'll know about it.
Off just couldn't believe what he had heard. Married? Did I just heard it right? He thought.
"Married?" Off asked surprised.
"Yes." Said Pete.
"Is that why you insisted earlier, when I said I will take you home? Cause You knew Kao will be here." He asked.
"Yes." Said Pete.
"You better explain to me Pete, how did that happen." Said Off.
Pete and Off sat together, as Kao went to make a cup of coffee for them. Pete then started to explain how everything happened all these year, how they got married. When they got married, How they were living without anyone knowing about their marriage. And the reason why they keep it secret. Off listened to their story. And felt a little hurt that his friend didn't even thought of telling him once about it. After all Off was the closest to Pete among everyone.
"Off I'm sorry for not telling you, we had our reason. And we were about to announce it once Kao graduate." Explain Pete.
"I understand Pete, I understand your reasons. you didn't want the world to know about it. I would have done the same maybe. But at least you could've tell me, am I that untrustworthy Pete? You're my closets friend, you know I'm always here to support you in whatever you do." Sais Off.
"I know Off, I'm really thankful for that." Said Pete.
"Idiot, didn't even invite me at your wedding." Said Off as he made a face. He felt sad that he wasn't with his friends on such a special day.
"You'll be the first one to know next time we'll get married again in front of everyone." Said Pete with a smile.
"If you guys are done talking, come dinner is ready." Said Kao as he called both of them.
At the dinner table, Off was surprised by Kao cooking. "Kao i didn't know, your cookings is really good. It's really delicious!" Compliment Off. "Why you've been hiding him Pete, now I understand." He said teasing Pete.
