3rd person POV
"Don't lie to me Kao!" Said Pete angrily.
Kao was quite surprised to hear that.
"What would I lie? I really went to meet a friend." He explained.
"Friend? Which friend Kao? I see that you have a lot of friends nowadays." Said Pete.
"What do you mean Pete? If you're angry because I came home late then I'm sorry. I had to go because a friend called me to help him with something" Said Kao.
"Help him with something? What is that Thing Kao? Stop lying please! You know very well I don't like when someone lie to me." Said Pete.
Kao really doesn't understand anything, why is Pete acting like this? And why would he LIE ? What he said it's TRUE...
"I know Pete, and I'm not lying. I just went to help a friend, that's it. why are you acting like this just for small matter?." Said kao, He's really tired to argue with him right now.
"Kao i never forbade you to go see your friends... But What were you doing with that guy?" Pete finally asked.
"Which guy?" Kao asked. Which guy he is talking about? He thought.
"The one who hugged you last time, when I picked you up. What is your relation with him?" Said Pete.
"I think I told you clearly last time that he is ONLY my student and nothing else." said Kao.
"Only student? than tell me what were you doing with him at the bar earlier?" Pete asked.
"He was drunk and didn't wanted to go home. A friend of mine saw him and called me. He asked me to help him take him home..." Said Kao.
Pete stand in silence.
"Pete, stop overthinking, there is nothing between us." He said.
"There is food in the fridge if you're hungry. i have to study so Good night" said Kao and walked to the study room.
Why he have act like this? Kao thought as he was going to study room.
Pete didn't said anything. He thought maybe he shouldn't have acted like this. Maybe Kao isn't lying. But he still frustrated... he is afraid that, that kid will come more closer to Kao.
He then went to upstairs and freshen up. When he went to bed later, he was waiting for Kao. But it seems Kao is still in study room.
Why I can't sleep? Pete couldn't fall asleep. He looked at the clock it showed 1:30am And Kao still didn't come.
Then Pete went downstairs, he slowly opened the door of the study room, and saw Kao is sleeping on the table. He then went to take a blanket, and put the blanket on Kao. He slowly sat beside Kao looked at him closely, and patted his head. "I know, I maybe overreacted earlier. But you know I'm always like this. I can't see you with anyone else Kao... I'm afraid that, you'll get tired of me someday and leave me..." he whispered, not to wake Kao from his sleep.
Pete isn't someone who like to show loves, but both of them know how much they love each other...
