Chapter San-jyu-shi: Be Careful When You're Holding A Knife

Sebastian's POV

"When are they gonna come?" Reiner said and impatiently tapped his foot.

We've been outside Mr. Shadis' room for 15 mins since we left English. His class before us already left and it's actually really surprising to that he hasn't thrown a tantrum on us.

"Be patient, Reiner. They're probably taking too long because of Mikasa. Just a guess." Said Bert while sweating a little.

"Patient my ass. Let's just go inside already damn it." Said Jean, pissed off.

"C'mon, let's wait. Don't you want to see your beloved Mikasa?" Teased Connie.

"Shut up you mindless fool! I just want to go inside already." Jean hissed and smacked Connie's head.

"What was that for?!" Connie screamed.

"Nothing. And don't complain because Shadis is coming here." Jean said and as if on cue, Mr. Shadis appeared in the door.

"G-Good morning, sir!" We all said. His stare is just really scary.

"Ease up." We did as told. "Is Sebastian here?" He suddenly called me and I raised my hand. "Come here for a moment please." He went back inside.

I stood there for a sec before going inside. I could tell without looking at Reiner and the others that they're curious and also wondering why I was called in. I, too, am wondering what I did wrong to talk alone with a teacher. I just decided to wait for an answer.

"Sir?"

"Close the door." I did as told and I let my guard up just in case. "Sit on your chair."

I slowly went to my chair without taking my eyes off of him. He isn't looking at me for I don't know what reason but that's a good thing for me. He wouldn't be able to see me on guard.

"Ease up, Sebastian. I wouldn't do anything to you." I still let my guard up. "Nevermind then. You have every right to be like that considering you're alone in a room with a teacher who suddenly called you in and asked you to close the door."

I slowly put my bag on the floor and found a comfortable sitting position. I'm hoping that Eren would be here right now because I don't know what will happen if this drags for too long.

"How are you these past few days?" He asked and I got curious.

"I'm okay, but why did you ask?"

"It's nothing. Also, do you feel like you're being watched or followed whenever you go outside?"

My heart suddenly started to beat so fast. My hands got sweaty and I'm also getting nervous. What he said is kind of true. I do feel like a lot of people are looking at me. I don't know about being followed since I don't really pay attention to my surroundings. Though, Mr. Shadis asking this kind of question just made me tense up more. I'll just lie to him instead.

"N-no, sir. I don't feel like that." He just stared at me before nodding his head.

"Is that so? Then you can go back-" A loud noise suddenly went off outside that cut his talking. We went there to check it out.

We saw Eren on the floor, face first, with someone, a girl at that, on top of him. I can't tell what she's doing but she's doing a very good job of stopping him from doing anything. There's something on her head and it looks really nasty. Then Mikasa and the others came running here.

"What. Is. This?" Mr. Shadis said really angrily. I backed off away from him and went to Reiner and the others. "I said what the hell is this?!"

She stood up, holding Eren by his shoulders. I can't see everything on his face except how his lips are turned upwards. Is he smiling? "Is he a student of yours, sir?" She asked.
