I woke up to the sun hitting my face as I squinted and looked away I reached into my bag pulling out the muffin aris stole from the cafeteria I smiled and let out a little laugh thinking about how dumb it was that he would steal a muffin just because I liked them his crackface really did care for me and so did I I missed him I cut the muffin in for pieces and ate one to save the rest I didn't know how long I would be out here I took a little sip of my water and got started on my days walking I tried to think of where I could be headed "wait" I said out loud didn't aris say something about a right arm in the mountains he told me about it one day that he came from the vents saying he heard doctors talking about how they attacked one of the other buildings to get the children maybe they can help hopefully anyway I don't need to be walking into anymore death situations it's been a while of walking my throat was beginning to feel dry but I had to save my water the sun was burning but as I put the bed sheet over my body it did help I walked by a few building here and there all looked destroyed and abandoned no sign of life and as much as I wanted to go see if there was supplies I stoped myself thinking that I didn't wanna run into a crank right now my legs started to hurt i have been walking for about 8 hours now I guessed as I tried to count the suns rotation as I did in the vale my legs felt like jelly i kept going hoping to find a place/rock to stay for the night but nothing in sight yet the sky began to get darker by the minute I had to find somewhere to stay I kept walking when I say in the distance "is that light?" It was I speed walked a bit not wanting to stay out in the open with nothing to hide behind for too long when I made it it was a house many with many other houses around it although the others looked abandoned but this one it had light it looked a bit rusted up but way better than the rest I slowly walk up to one of the windows when I felt a cold felling on my head I gulped "hands up don't move or I shoot who are you!"
