PercyPercy really, really wished they hadn't said who they were. Now the wizards were avoiding them like the plague. Well, not all of them. Not even half of them. Just some. Namely, Edward and his gang.
If they just avoided them, it would've been fine. A gift, even. But noooo. They had to call them names and try to make fun of them. Key word: try.
Percy, Nico and Thalia were walking to Transfiguration. Unfortunately they had it with the Slytherins. Annabeth, the only level-headed one in the group, had Charms. Oh how Percy wished she was there with them.
The three sat down at the very back of the class. The group of cronies were sitting on their left. Professor Wrighton came in.
"Alright class, today we're going to be seeing the process of becoming Animagi. Now, I don't want any of you trying. This process is very difficult and you're all underage." Here he paused. "Wait. No you aren't. Yet, I don't want you trying! Let's get on. Animagi are very rare and there are only seven registered..."
Percy zoned out. He was doodling in the corner of his parchment when a paper airplane floated over. The cronies were snickering. Percy immediately knew this was not going to be good. He crushed the airplane and threw it back at them. He turned back to the car he was drawing. It was looking like a watermelon right now.
Five more airplanes landed. Percy had to use all of his willpower not to open them. He crushed them all.
This time an open piece of parchment came over. Percy couldn't not see what was written. It was a very crudely drawn stick girl. On closer inspection he found that it was meant to be Annabeth. The words "DUMB BLOND" was written next the figure.
Percy saw red. He could feel a painful tug in his navel but it barely bothered him anymore. He could hear the pipes in the walls breaking. Water gushed out into the classroom and the students were screaming and Nico was telling him something, but he didn't listen.
The water came together into one huge ball and surrounded Edward and his cronies. They were now floating in a huge ball of water in the middle of the room.
Percy made a fist and the water thickened. The boys were struggling in the water, clutching at their throats. No one can insult his Wise Girl.
Then his Wise Girl's voice said, "Percy, let them go."
Percy immediately released his fist and the water dropped. The boys were gasping like fish. The water floated back into the pipes. Percy took out his wand, whispered 'Reparo', and the walls fixed themselves.
His vision was still blurry. He could feel someone roughly grabbing his arms and dragging him outside.

When he woke up, he could only see green. Then Percy realised that it was eyes. Harry.
"Oh, thank goodness, you're alive. Ok, you have to go meet McGonagall, she's furious."
Percy sat up. He was in the Gryffindor common room surrounded by Harry, Hermione and Ron.
"Of course I'm alive. What happened? Where's Annabeth and Thalia and Nico? How long was I out?" He said.
Percy stood up and patted his pocket, checking for Riptide. He immediately felt a bit woozy. Why though? Nothing happened to him. As far as he could remember.
"Hey, mate, lie down. They're all fine, just doing damage control. You were out for about 5 hours now. It's dinner time," Ron answered, holding out his hands as if to make Percy lie down, but at the same time he was leaning backwards. As if Percy was dangerous.
Percy sat back down on the couch, head in his hands. Damage control? "Oh, schist, what'd I do this time?"
"You kind of tried to drown Edward, Casper and Holt in a giant water ball and then you stopped suddenly. Then Thalia hit you and you passed out," Hermione explained.
"Thalia hit me? Damage control. . .what is there to control damage in this?" Percy asked.
"Percy, you tried to drown three students just because they insulted Annabeth. And you did it so easily. Everyone thinks you're a dangerous being who shouldn't be trusted," Harry said slowly.
"And you three don't?"
"Mate, we don't think you're dangerous. You saved the school from those monsters," Ron said.
Hermione spoke up. "Percy, there's something else you should know. Something's happening in Hogwarts and everyone thinks-"
Percy interrupted, "I have to find Dumbledore first."
This was bad. Very bad. Like Justin Bieber bad. He has to find Dumbledore now.
Percy strode out the room towards Dumbledore's study, Harry, Hermione and Ron hot on his heels.
"Lemon bars!" He almost shouted at the gargoyle.
"Alright, alright, you don't have to shout," it grumbled, swinging open.
Thalia, Annabeth and Nico were already there, arguing heatedly with Dumbledore and McGonagall.
"This is not Percy's fault! Those idiots are spewing nonsense and you are believing it Professor?" Nico said hotly.
"Mr. di Angelo, I merely said it might be true. I am not familiar with the workings of your world. But as this happened right after Mr. Jackson's. . .outburst, it is not surprising to me that the students have assumed this," Dumbledore said patiently.
Percy walked over next to Annabeth and placed a light kiss on her head. She looked up at him with a look that spelt you are in trouble.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, everyone stop," Percy said, signing timeout. "What'd I do? And why did Thalia hit me?"
"Percy, right after you almost drowned those cows, everyone's wands stopped working," Thalia said. Which didn't make sense.
McGonagall interrupted. "Wands have not stopped working Miss Thalia. The spells cast are not as effective. They are weak. Every single wand. Even mine and Albus's. And as this happened right after your outburst-"
"Everyone thinks I broke their wands? I don't have time to go around snapping everyone's wands in half, thank you very much," Percy said. "And why did Thalia hit me?"
"Seaweed Brain, please don't go around almost drowning people just because they said something about me."
Right then, someone burst through the door. It was Professor Wrighton. He gave a weird look at Percy before saying, "Professors, I'm terribly sorry to interrupt, but we have visitors. Five of them. And a floating sword."
"A floating sword?" Percy and Annabeth exchanged looks. "Does it by any chance glow? And talk?"
Wrighton nodded.
Percy knew only one person with a floating sword that talks and glows.
————————————————————————-
There was a huge crowd in the Entrance Hall. Percy held Annabeth's hand with one hand and used his other to manoeuvre through the throng of students and ghosts. Percy accidentally walked though a ghost once. And he definitely doesn't recommend doing that. Ever.
They finally got to the front.
There was an eight-legged horse, a girl wearing a green hijab and wielding an axe, a dwarf dressed in the latest fashions, a tall willowy guy with a sceptre, a green-haired girl dressed in only green and pink and finally a blonde boy. And of course, a floating, talking, glowing sword.
"So! Perseus Jackson! We meet again!" The sword spoke, glowing a bright red. "And where is Lady Riptide?"
A/N Hi! A good chapter at last. How about this cliffhanger, hey? You can probably guess who they are, but still! Also thank you all for voting! Thank you to LavenderLegionnaire for your kind words! Also, we reached 1.4K! How cool is that? Anyway, that's it for now. Bye :)
