Percy

"Percy. Percy, wake up. Percy." It sounded like a girl. More specifically, Thalia.

"Noooo," Percy moaned. "Go away." He pushed at Thalia with his palm without looking up.

"Percy, WAKE UP." She shook Percy violently. Percy felt around on the ground until he found something, which happened to be his wand, and threw it at Thalia.

"Well, I tried," she said. Then Percy felt an electric shock go through him and bolted upright.

"That was not necessary," Percy said, getting up. "Where's Annabeth and Nico?"

Thalia strode out of the room. "We're in big trouble, Percy."

Percy stood stunned for a moment. What trouble? Then he remembered. Magnus.

Percy jogged to catch up with Thalia and put a hand on her shoulder. "Hey, hey, you can't just drop a bomb like that on me and walk off, you know."

Thalia scowled. "Yes, I know, Percy. I did it for obvious reasons."

Percy was confused. "What reasons?"

Thalia rolled her eyes. "For theatrics, of course."

Curse Thalia and her love for dramatic exits. And entrances. Of course.

"Okay, fine. Now tell me what's going on."

"The students want us and the Norse dudes to leave because we're 'trouble' and they've just finished a war so they don't want any more 'interference for at least the next millennium'. But the teachers understand that we need their help to fulfill the prophecy. We need to convince the students to help," Thalia explained, still walking briskly.

Percy's mind jumped off the deep end. And it was struggling to swim. "Wait. . .prophecy? I don't even know it yet. It includes the wizards?"

"Yes, Percy. Magnus'll tell you the prophecy. C'mon."

They'd reached Dumbledore's office. Percy had never been to the headmaster's office other than to get expelled before Hogwarts. It felt good. Although they were in trouble. That wasn't good.

"Acid pops," Thalia said to the gargoyle. It opened.

"How do you know the password?" Percy asked.

"After a lot of trying and cursing and kicking the gargoyle the last time."

They entered the office. Annabeth, Nico, all the Norse dudes, Dumbledore, McGonagall and Flitwick were all talking.

"-need reinforcements, we can't do all of this on our own. This is nothing like that's ever happened before!" Annabeth was saying, gesturing with her hands. She looks so cute, Percy thought.

"Yes, I understand, my dear, but – "

"Don't call me your dear!" So cute.

Percy was getting a little angry. He was already in a crappy mood since the Norse dudes' arrival. As much as he liked Magnus, right now, he wanted to get him as far away as possible from his friends.

"Alright, everyone, please, stop. My brain's already fried. Don't burn it," Percy shouted.

Everyone stopped.

"Great." He turned to Magnus. "Hi, I'm Percy Jackson. Would you mind telling me the dam prophecy, kind sir?"

He looked taken aback, but he recited the prophecy.

After hearing the prophecy, Percy's mind drowned. His thoughts were spiralling. Another prophecy. Another quest. What, this was the sixth one? Seventh? Percy had honestly lost count.
