I sit in Amazon
A mossy green floor beneath me-
Water rushing, birds chirping
All so lively, a feeling so enlivening
Arose a deep sense of satisfaction within.

A thrumming, fluttering butterfly
Settles on the tip of my nose,
I scrunch in itch
Chuckling, as it flies away
A branch maybe it thought I was.

Crystals of sapphires
And the starry night sky
Where the colours blessed on her wings
Light as air, beauty so rare
This Amazon I sit in is unfair.

This Amazon I sit in,
Where humans bear
The conscious love for nature,
The appreciation of every creature,
Born and brought up with great nurture.

This Amazon I sit in
Not the wilds of Amazon,
The wilds of human and nature
Surreal dream of ever be
A possible cum impossible.

Coexisting- like beats of heart
Pumping blood evenly
Like the roots on the ground
Firm and in grasp, providing
And protecting life throughout.

This Amazon I sit in of my thoughts,
Fought in despair of will there ever be
The love for nature all fair?
Will there ever be
Humans not so unfair?
