Dark tumbling clouds roared,
The electrifying energy charged the air
And the playful wind nipped past me
Taking leaves and dust in its trail.
I looked up at the dark sky
Awaiting it to burst open
And shower its first drop
Of life-giving lucents on me.
And another and another...
Till it caressed my body
With droplets through and through
Every inch of my skin.
