The crashing sound of waves, white sand and dark green trees illuminating from the effulgence of crescent, covered my vision and I breathed out slowly. The countless stars in sky kissed the moon secretly.
Wow! This place is like heaven. There was calmness and peace in the air. The soft sand underneath our feet relaxed my nerves. The blue waves lapped against the shore and shone slightly due to effulgence.
" This place is a beauty " I breathed out.
I turned around and saw Alaia looking at the sky with a serene smile playing on her lips.
" It's not less than a fairytale " I said, looking at her alluring face.
With a serene smile and a beautiful heart, she stared at the stars who stared back at her, they both gazing at each others beauty. She looked beautiful. She was beautiful and not to mention, more than anyone.
Darkness can make anyone giddy but this time, it was Alaia who made my heart skip several beats.
I breathed out slowly, maybe this is the first time that darkness made someone look so nostalgic. She was like an old dusted memory who brings smile every time you think of her.
Alaia's gaze shifted to me and it snapped her out of daze. Taking baby steps, she stood beside me.
" Whenever I am disturbed or unable to take any decision, I visit this place. It soothes me, this place is very calming." she said, and looked at the twinkling stars.
She sat on the sand, followed by me. A smile etched my face as a firefly flew by us and wind caressed my hair slightly.
I kept staring at the waves crashing against the shore, aren't they quite similar to few love stories?
Just like these waves touching the shore and again back to the ocean same is the time when we meet, we talk, we love and at last we are separated.
But yes, few love stories do get a happy ending but that is not easy, their path is not made up of roses but thorns.
These stars which are so far away from the moon but when the moon himself falls for a star, he wants to consume her.
He wants her to be immersed in him, he crosses every limit. That love is very rare, when it is not for someone's beauty or status instead you fall for someone's soul.
It's like your soul found other part of your lost soul which you were searching for.
