I walked down the stairs after Anthony, smiling like a lil bitch. Anthony turned around once he reached the bottom, nodding his head and giving me a thumbs up, mouthing the words, "Perfection."
"Hey Vinnie, I came back cause I think I left my bra... here." The blonde girl stopped her sentence at the sight of me.
She looked up the stairs at a shocked Vinnie walking down after me, and let a quiet, "Who's she?" Escape her mouth.
"Shit. Hi Emily... this is Ella. Ella this is Emily." He scratched his neck. What a piece of work. I scoffed and Emily shook her head.
"Goodbye Vinnie." Me and Emily walked out of the house, not looking back. She was pretty, her brownish eyes were emotion filled and her blonde hair was pulled back into a messy bun.
"We didn't meet on the best terms but, I'm Ella." I held out my hand and she shook it, smiling slightly. "Fuck that bitch." She said it in a joking way, those words were the only thing between her and crying.
"Fuck that bitch." I repeated her words walking down the driveway to my car.
"I'm pretty sure we have to be best friends now." She noted, opening the door to her black tesla. "Sounds like a great idea to me." I opened the door to my black corvette and winked at her as I got in.
I connected my phone to the speaker of my car and played 'Swim' by Chase Atlantic. We reversed out of the the driveway and turned separate ways, but the girl never left my mind.
5 days later
I got up from the couch, grabbing a coffee mug from the cabinet, just to then pour water in it. "Are you still meeting up with that Emily girl today?" Aaron asked, walking into the kitchen with a mug filled with actual coffee.
"Yup, getting ready now Ar." I gave a proud faced Aaron a fist-bump on the way out, walking up the stairs to take a shower.

I stood in front of the mirror, brushing my wet hairand putting on some chapstick. I put on a patterned tight-fitting crop top and white pants with a red bag and white afs.

I grabbed my phone and my credit caed leaving Aaron with a quick kiss on the cheek, "See ya Hull." "Bye Carter." Before walking out to my car.
I played some A$AP while making my way over to Emily's house. I parked in front of her cute apartment, which was next to a coffee and pizza place. I rang the buzzer and she let me in.
Her apartment complex had marble floors and beautiful chandeliers. I made my way up to the 5th floor and the elevator was playing a subtle, 'Woman' by Harry Styles. I like this place lol.
The elevator opened and Emily stood in front of it, wearing a brown zip-up hoodie, beige pants, and brown converse.
"Shawty looking cute." I commented smiling at the blonde girl feeling herself. "Babes you looking fine too." She grabbed her phone and we walked out of her apartment. I have a good feeling about this friendship.

We closed my phone and just hung out for the rest of the day, getting to know each other and just chilling. We were on our phones, sitting on a curb waiting for our food to be ready. Emily stopped scrolling and looked at me.
I looked up and she stared at me for a second before starting, "When did you guys start dating?" I hate that question. When did it all start... or when was it official. I mean we only started talking again, I guess about 2 minutes before she walked in the door ago. But I had always thought we were more than friends. I didn't think he would go ahead and date someone else.
I was oh so wrong.
"Honestly Emily, we only really started dating a few seconds before you walked in, but we had been more than friends for a while." I looked back, my face defeated.
She looked shocked but quickly covered it up. "Doesn't matter." She shrugged. "What?" I am so confused. "It doesn't matter. This was a blessing in disguise, you and I met, and we got rid of a two timer ." She smiled innocently.
I laughed. "Too bad he was a hot two timer." She laughed at my joke and then we went back to our phones.
I had a good feeling about this girl.
Vinnie's POV
"What the actual fuck is wrong with you?" Aaron was screaming at me. He had every right to, I just hurt his cousin.
I'm such a dick.
I was sat down at the kitchen table, my hands in my hair, rubbing up and down to my neck, soothing my approaching headache. Anthony, Aaron, Josh, and Jordan were teaming up on me.
I deserve it, but it's still scary.
"What the fuck are you doing?" Anthony asked, he had hurt in his eyes, the two were like best friends, he probably wanted to murder me right now.
"I- I don't know."
What the actual fuck. You just broke Ella's heart, and all you can tell her best friends... are that you don't know.

Josh was staring at the floor, which scared me even more than if he were yelling. Josh wasn't a fuckboy. He was actually extremely nice, so him being quiet scared the actual hell out of me.
"Josh, are you gonna say anything?" Jordan asked, his hands were thrown in the air in defeat.
Josh looked up, pressed his tongue to the corner of his mouth and looked me dead in the eye.
He quietly walked over to me, we were eye to eye, but his presence made me feel so small.
I was staring at his eyes when I suddenly felt a strong force on my jaw. I fell back from the impact.
Josh had punched me.
When I finally looked up, I saw Josh striding out of the room, out the front door. I heard his car rev, and he was gone.
"You fucked up." Aaron noted, walking out the back door. The rest of the group exited with him, not bothering to see if I was ok.
