Jack screamed in pain as his chest got pierced by Pitch's dark arrow, his magic slowly poisoning him. A smirk plastered on the nightmare king's face as he slowly watches Jack falling down on his knees. Pitch cackled in an evil tone, he sounded as if he won. Or did he?

Jack screamed in agony and pain, the poison running through his vains as he tried to pull the arrow off of his chest. Trembling, he held onto his staff tightly and aimed it at Pitch. He was fighting back.

He was all weak and will soon be dying. He shouldn't have faced him alone. He shouldn't have asked his fellow guardians to help him, but no. He chose to do this.

For her.

Jack, with all energy he had left, flew towards Pitch. Pitch smirked, knowing it would be an easy win for him. "You've been asking for it.."

"Pitch!" He shouted, then pointed his staff towards him.

With all the strength Jack had left, he screamed at the top of his lungs then blasted his powers at him. Pitch was able to block it for a second with his nightmare sand, but he was definetely stronger. He made the same explosion he did years ago when they last fought.

But this time, it was ten times stronger than before. 

So this is how I'm going to die...

I wonder what Elsa's up to right now..

She was sleeping.. when I left.

I'm pretty sure she's doing just fine at home.. that's great.

I'm not coming back home tonight.. I'm sorry, snowflake.

I love you.

I hope she doesn't miss me too much..

I hope I make her proud.

I want to come home and tell her I've won.

We won, Elsa. We defeated him.

I wish I could say that to her.

But all I could say right now is.. well, my goodbyes.

~flashback~

(I suck lmao)

"Els.. are you okay?" Jack asked. She looked like she just saw a ghost, he wondered why she looked so terrified. Then she ran to embrace him.

"Hey.. what happened?" He asked, gently rubbing her back.

"I just had a nightmare.. that you.. you weren't coming back home.. that you left me.."

Jack softly smiled, "No, Elsa.. I'm always going to come back home to you."  He whispered to her.

He then started to hum her mother's lullaby, holding her close to him feeling her warmth.. her trembling hands slowly calms down as he continues to sing to her. She felt relieved. She knew he would never leave her..

He will always come back home to her..

No matter how busy he was, or how far he goes, he will always come back to her..

It was only them.

Jack felt her yawning and she looked up at him with heavy eyes. He picked her up bridal style and laid her down. He tucked her in bed, and was about to say goodnight and leave for a very important "mission", when she grabbed his wrist and pulled him in for a passionate kiss. "Stay.." she muttered in between the kiss.

She pulled away, tears flooding her eyes. "Stay with me until I fall asleep?" She asks.

It didn't take him too long to agree and lie down with her. "Ofcourse, my love.."

She snuggled close to him, then he wrapped his arms around her protectively. "I love you.." was her last words before she fell into her deep sleep.

He smiled, "I love you too.."

~end of flashback~

A huge explosion occured when both of their powers met..

It's over.

He's gone..

All he could think of was how she was doing..

He died happy..

He died knowing no one could hurt her..

He died knowing she's safe and sound..

That was all he ever wanted.

Elsa slowly opened her eyes, the only thing she thought of.. was Jack not being there.. why was he not beside her? Isn't it almost morning now?

Maybe he was busy..

I'm sure he'll come home this morning. I'll go make something for him to eat in case he comes home.. he must be really tired.

I wish he could come back soon.. I miss him.

I'm sure he would be back soon...
