(Lmao I've been wanting to do this😁😁)

Quiet was the trip of the newleyweds heading towards their new supposed house that they bought, hand in hand as Jack drove to their supposed location. Moving in together after marriage was something new to them. It was something that they have planned long ago, when Jack had given Elsa a promise ring when they were sixteen. The home they picked out had been quietly sitting on the village of his hometown for about fifty years, with no one around that lived.

No one lived there, because people had dared not to. And that was something the couple wasn't aware of.

White was the color of the house they bought along with the fences that surrounded it. Dark brown was the roof at the top of the house, along with the huge gate at the front. The house had two floors, and it looked simple. But a simple house or an even fancier one, it didn't matter as long as no promises were broken.

Elsa had placed their things safely on the living room, with the help of her husband carrying the rest at the back of their car. The house seemed pretty okay for the both of them, and for their planned three children in the future.

Oh shit, we have to talk about that.

Grinning, she took her husband's hand in hers, intertwining their fingers together. Jack turned his head at his beautiful wife, his gaze softer than the brush of his hand. He stared at her with a loving gaze as she asked if they could explore the house together. He agreed, ofcourse he would also want to explore the house.

He gave her a soft peck on the lips before walking around their new home.

"This is nice.." Elsa sighed in content, leaning her back against his chest as they sat on the floor of the living room after they had explored the house, and placed their things in their supposed places.

There was nothing weird about the place so far. The balcony was their favorite place, where there were armchairs they could sit at, as they stared at the lovely view of the other houses, and the kids playing street games outside, some of them getting ice cream from the ice  cream vendor.

"They said this house was... well, haunted. Most people have said this, actually. They said there was some ghost that would watch you at night.. and then.. eat you!" Elsa giggled at the last part. Jack snorted, rolling his eyes at her statement.

"Oh, please! If there was someone to ever climb up to your bed and eat you at night, it would be me.." Jack teased, breathing onto her neck. Well, unfortunately the teasing turned into something more..

As Elsa stood on the balcony just earlier, she overheard the kids and an old man talking about her and Jack's house, saying that it was haunted. But Elsa believed it was not, for now. She doesn't believe in those kind of stuff. Ghosts were only made up by adults to make sure their kids won't walk around late at night, or so they won't do bad things.

She remembered her mother telling her that a monster attracted to sweets would eat her alive if she steals one more chocolate in the fridge late at night again when she was five. Elsa believed her, but didn't stop stealing chocolates, as she wants to become "friends" with the monster.

It was embarrassing.

"This house is haunted.." Said the old man.

"Really? How so?" A little kid around the age of six, asked back.

"I once lived in here, it may look like the simple, perfect home, but it can also be your greatest fear." The old man responded, as the little kid listened intently. Elsa rolled her eyes at the old man from the balcony. She knew the old man was only trying to scare the little kid into not coming here.
